To be honest, I ordered from this online Hungarian shop and on the same day I also ordered a few products from another Hungarian store. The other shop sent chocolates that had expired two months earlier, even though I paid £15 for them. Unlike them, this shop packaged everything perfectly. I also bought protective insulation for the frozen products, and I think it is completely reasonable to pay for it because we can reuse it later as well.
Fast delivery, perfectly safe packaging — I am very satisfied and will most likely only order from this shop in the future👌
However, there was one thing that made me a little disappointed: two of the butcher products had only 3 days left before their expiration date, so we only have 3 days to consume them…but I think we able to manage that 🙈
Apart from this, I am very happy with the online shop and I wish them continued success and all the best for the future❤️

I have just received my first order. Amazing authentic Hungarian items. And not only we enjoyed every food but the consumer service is fantastic. They called me directly as the order was delayed and kept in touch until the parcel arrived. A new huge order has just been put in. And I have not even mentioned the reasonable prices. This was my second order from this Hungarian shop in the UK, and once again I am extremely satisfied. Everything arrived exactly as ordered, nothing was missing, and the packaging was absolutely fantastic. They pack the products so carefully that there is practically no chance of anything getting damaged during delivery.
What impressed me the most from my very first order was their environmentally conscious packaging. Instead of plastic packing peanuts, they use biodegradable starch-based filling material, which completely dissolves in water. We actually tested it, and it really works exactly as they describe. As someone who also tries to live more environmentally consciously and reduce waste wherever possible, I truly appreciate this attention to detail.
The delivery was also incredibly fast. I placed my order yesterday morning, and it arrived today via DHL exactly as requested. The chilled products were packed very professionally as well, with proper cooling packs to keep everything fresh and safe.
Another very positive thing is the expiry dates of the products. The dairy products naturally have shorter dates, which is completely understandable, but the meat products and larger cheeses had very good expiry dates, not the “about to expire tomorrow” kind of products some shops send out.
Overall, I can honestly say they won me over from my very first order, and this second experience confirmed it again. I will definitely continue ordering from them in the future. I only hope they expand their product range even more, because there are still a few Hungarian products I would love to buy from them.

I ordered groceries from this shop for £120 (including a £6.99 delivery fee). Soon after placing my order online, I received a message saying I had forgotten to add a “cooling fee” of £2.50 to keep the food fresh and cool… Where on earth do you hear anything like this?

It’s not about the money—I’m a customer. It’s not my responsibility to keep the food cooled; that’s your job as a seller. This is outrageous! I will never, ever order from this shop again.!!!!

Normally not one to write a review but I was blown away by the service! I found the company by searching the web as I wanted to restock my Hungarian food supply and came across this site! Amazing selection, unbeatable prices and great customer service! Very quick delivery and even got a Hungarian chocolate which was such a great personal touch! I fund this shop by accident and was pleased to see they do deliver to me as I live far from London. The quality great and the price is reasonable. I have received it quickly just to find a massive box at my doorstep. Inside each item wrapped up with great care. I got surprised with a small chocolate on top of that. Excellent service.
