I have seen a lot of domain registerer during my 26 years in hosting, but I had never witnessed such a careless company if any !
Support = ZERO Support you will never get a single reply to your mails.
Ticketing = No ticketing, just an email link.
Chatting = No support by chat available and no one available to answer your emails, even not a chat bot.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, RUN RUN AT ALL COSTS

I have worked with them for a long time. But a few days ago they blocked my account for no reason! They also DO NOT reply to my emails!

I’m currently going through what the review said below. I contacted them on Facebook, Instagram and email all asking for information on sizing. I never got a reply so I winged it and ordered anyway and this was my first mistake. Apparently it can take anywhere between 2-4 days before shipping the item but I’ve now waited 8 days and haven’t heard anything. I’ve tried contacting them for an update but surprise, surprise...no response.
I am moving overseas soon but I ordered giving myself plenty of time to receive and potentially return if need be but now I leave in two weeks and fear I’ll never receive the item. At this point I wish I could just cancel and get a refund so they don’t have to worry about shipping but I can’t get a response. Wouldn’t recommend at all, I basically just threw £35 down the drain.

The quality of my t-shirt was absolutely fine: it’s a really cool design and is what I was expecting.

However, the communication from the seller was really dreadful. My order wasn’t sent until I chased it over a week later (they tried to blame it on the post office, but the date actually they sent it was printed on the label...). The seller repeatedly ignored my emails until I eventually had to open a PayPal case against them. It was all feeling like a scam because they took my money but seemed uncontactable.

The return and refund of one item was again really slow: I had to send several emails before the seller gave me the details to do this. I had to close the PayPal case in order to get a refund, which is obviously a risk when you don’t trust the seller.

I’m not one to complain usually - I used to work in fashion retail myself, and I know sometimes things happen that aren’t the retailer’s fault. I’m not out to damage someone’s business, but just tipping off anyone thinking of buying as I couldn’t find any reviews of Mahi Chic elsewhere online or on their social media. It is a legit company and the clothes are nice, but expect frustration..!
