I’ve placed a lot of orders with maiamina. I recently bought the Aura Gemstone Milgrain Copper Coin Station Bracelet, and it’s really beautiful. They’ve upgraded their product packaging lately, and I love it.

Not as advertised

Advertising pictures show a much more attractive and delicate item. What arrived was large plasticky resin, rather lumpy looking. They refused to refund.

Waste of money/Have to buy a new one elsewhere for my daughter’s Xmas presents

Waste of money.
Sad that it was one of my daughter’s Xmas presents that she loved and got to wear for one day.
I was shocked to see the necklace fine but the heart completely tarnished.
4 x emails and no recognition of it’s been recently bed and they will get back to me.
I’ve utilised other tarnish free jewellery companies that give what they promise.

Absolute trash

These earrings look as though they have come out of a cheap Christmas cracker. They had taken ages to arrive and when they eventually did, the accompanying gift box was even ripped and flattened . Luckily I won’t be needing the gift box as I would be too embarrassed to give them as a gift. I don’t expect for one minute that I will be able to return them and receive a refund from this company but I will be giving it a go asap.

Gorgeous

The earrings and pendant I bought were gorgeous. The only part to note was the delivery. I have opt for express but that took 8 working days for it to be delivered.

no refund

I placed an order for a ring and received it on Saturday, October 25 (Order MUSE5181). However, the size was too large, so I requested a return and, following the instructions provided, I shipped it back via FedEx on Monday, October 27, paying the shipping fee myself.

FedEx confirmed that the package was delivered two days later, on Wednesday.
However, it has been more than a week since then, and I have not received a refund. I also sent two follow-up emails but have not received any response.
