I purchased item from this company through Onbuy online marketplace portal and after 2 weeks they lied that item is lost in transit, when I asked to resend they refused, definitely something to avoid!

Ordered a 512gb nano card for my Huawei phone . Very sceptical about the site but after about a week or so the memory card arrived . Turned off phone ,inserted it ,back on and it works and absolute dream !! So pleased

I ordered headphones from Maibo company in Luton.
I expected delivery within a few days, but when I received notification of shipment via PayPal it showed it was coming from CHINA which is very misleading and it still has not arrived. I have seen this China connection many times with sellers on eBay but not directly on a UK company's website

Hello David, we are sorry you had such an experience. We have offices in the UK and Hong Kong. We shipped the product the day after you placed the order, which was April 29th, and as of today, you can see it on the Royal Mail website. Additionally, it has not been delivered due to a bank holiday. Thus, the product generally takes 4-5 days to be delivered. If you check our website's homepage, it states that products are delivered within 4-6 business days. Thank you.
