I would not trust this platform.

I found a cleaning company through them and had a very poor experience. After the service, I raised a complaint with evidence, including photos, but the platform failed to deal with it properly. They were not proactive, did not seem interested in holding the company accountable, and then ignored my last messages.

That is completely unacceptable from a platform that promotes service providers to customers. If something goes wrong, you would expect them to take responsibility for reviewing the provider seriously and keeping the customer informed. Instead, I was left chasing for updates and then ignored.

Very poor complaint handling, no real accountability, and no proper support. I would not recommend using this platform.

I reached out to a cleaner in my area twice through the app and never received a reply. It’s disappointing to be ignored after making the effort to get in touch, and it doesn’t give me confidence in the service.
