they damaged the top of sink in the bathroom , looks like a lighter/cigarette type thing ( not sure ) but I am going to have to pay for a new one ( I'm in a rental ) I cant prove it their word against mine I am told but it wasn't like that before

After booking in a clean over 3 weeks ago and receiving countless confirmation emails I was extremely disappointed to receive a call yesterday, the day of the scheduled clean, 3 hours before the clean was due to start saying the cleaner could no longer come as they were held up at another job. I am not one to write reviews, and I understand that things come up but the service I received on the phone was completely unprofessional and quite rude. Being the week before Christmas it is next to impossible to get another cleaner on such short notice, not to mention that I needed it done on this specific day hence why I booked so early. This is my first and last time trying to book a clean with this company, do yourself a favour and go elsewhere unless you want to run the risk of being let down on the day you are meant to be having a clean and professional experience carried out in your home.

I wish I had found Maid2Match before.

Ivy walked through the house with me, listened to everything I said, asked questions, asked me to reinspect her work to see if I was happy. Everything was clean and happy with the service

We came home to an immaculately cleaned house. The amount and time and effort was obvious, the quality of the cleaning was superb and we were so thankful for the service provided. The booking process was simple and the value for money was incredibly good. We would happily use the service again

Our cleaner Kate was very friendly and understood all our requirements and took the time to go through what we needed specifically for our house. Our dogs really liked her too and she was experienced with pets. She was very thorough and we were impressed by her efficient service.

Paid for a house clean and it barely looks like the cleaner did anything. Marks still all over the floor and spots missed where they didn’t vacuum. Cleaner was also super rude when she arrived.

Paid for a deep clean / spring clean and the team who came and did the job were amazing. They didn’t miss a detail. Brought and used own cleaning products, which must have been great as they got the ageing steel splashback in the kitchen looking better than we’ve ever managed! Pay was easy too, all automatically debited from my credit card as the work was done. V impressed.
