Maid VIP is a California domestic referral agency, founded in Thousand Oaks in 2014. We don't employ cleaners — we refer independent, vetted cleaning professionals to homes and offices across Los Angeles and Ventura County, and we stay involved from the first quote to the last visit. Every professional we refer has been personally interviewed, reference-checked, and background-screened, and carries their own general-liability insurance, which we verify before the first visit and re-confirm after. Clients receive one flat quote before anyone is scheduled — never an hourly meter — and every referral carries a written 24-hour re-clean policy. The same professional returns each visit. Referrals cover recurring housekeeping (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly), one-time deep cleaning, move-in and move-out cleaning, vacation-rental turnovers, post-construction cleaning, estate housekeeping, and specialty work including carpet, upholstery and rug, tile and grout, window, wood floor, and gutter cleaning, plus commercial and office interiors. Offices in Thousand Oaks (headquarters), Woodland Hills, Beverly Hills, Malibu, Calabasas, Camarillo, and Simi Valley, serving the Conejo Valley, the West San Fernando Valley, the Westside, and the Malibu coast. i've had nothing but amazing…

i've had nothing but amazing experiences with this company, not only do they pay attention to detail but communication it's always on point with them. They show up on time and do an efficient clean and would recommend them to everybody

Deep Cleaning Vacation Rental - 5 Stars!!!

Awesome service! Recently had my rental deep cleaned with a wood floor treatment in between tenants and was shocked at how much of a difference it made. While they are not the cheapest option around, I’m very glad I decided not to cheap out on my cleaning.

Thank you for the kind words! Vacation rental turnovers are some of our favorite work — short-term rentals take a different kind of beating than a standard home, and a routine surface clean rarely keeps up. The hardwood floor treatment is a good example: it lifts the residue that regular mopping leaves behind, which is usually why the difference shows up so dramatically after the first application. We'd rather price honestly for a real deep clean than cut corners on labor and product, so we appreciate you seeing the value in that. One of our cleaning ladies was very…

One of our cleaning ladies was very rude. She complained the whole time. She refused to cooperate with us. Also, the work was shoddy. After they left I noticed they missed an entire room. Finally, we paid extra for windows, but the service does not tell you they will only clean one side of the window.

Sangita — this has gone unanswered far too long, and I'm sorry for that as much as for the visit itself. A team member who complained through the appointment and a completely missed room are failures on us, not things you should have had to catch. On the windows: our standard add-on covers exterior glass only, and that should have been stated plainly before you paid extra rather than discovered after we left.
