I had ordered the Whitehall Custom Capitol Mailbox almost 9 yrs ago & it still looked like new. We have now moved and I loved the quality and looks of this mailbox so much, I had to have this mailbox again. Customer service was excellent to work with. The mailbox is pricey but so well made and large enough for most small pkgs. and all mail stayed dry on the worst of weather conditions. We are now in our forever after home and I'm positive this mail box will last us forever more.

Best customer service.
I ordered an 8 mailbox cluster with 2 parcel boxes. I was kept up to date on when my delivery was going to happen and the delivery driver went above and beyond to make sure it was put in a safe location. He called me later to make sure everything went well. I have never had such good customer service.

Classy mailbox replacement
Our new mailbox is very classy and the door works. There’s a magnet which keeps it closed. The color matches my old post perfectly. Easy install too.

I had my crocodile mailbox for 30 years…
I had my crocodile mailbox for 30 years and recently replaced it with a parrot mailbox. These mailboxes are sturdy and stand out from the crowd. Makes it easy to find my house, too. Highly recommend.

Return and reorder if you would ever get back to me.
I notified your company last week that I need to return the mailbox, but have not heard from your company even though I was told that I would within 48 hours. I purchased this mailbox because it is the same style as the one that I had and liked, except the new one was heavier and cost more. I thought that would mean that it would be sturdier. My contractor opened the box to discover that the base only had 4 screws the same as the one that I had. That one was pulled out of the base when the screws did not hold as a dog was pulling on a lease wrapped around it. My contractor found another style mailbox that will work better. I can order it from your company as well. Please contact me ASAP. I need a mailbox.

Glad I didn’t order “just something “ on Amazon.
The quality was excellent, and this mailbox looks like it’s going to last a lot of years.
I had started out looking for a mailbox on Amazon. I anticipated spending about $60 for just “something “. Soon I realized that you could spend hundreds of dollars on mailboxes that were flimsy imports that wouldn’t hold up. I found this company online and was a little hesitant to spend as much as I did but now I’m extremely grateful. It’s clear that this product was meant to stand the test of time.

Extremely happy with mail box
Extremely happy with this mail box. I chose this one for the rounded top try and keep the birds off, it worked, also it is very stylish.
The address and monogram installed easily with the provided double stick tape.
A well made good looking mailbox, the best on the block. It is worth the investment.
