Reliable email infrastructure for outbound

We have been using Mailforge to support our outbound setup, and it has been reliable and easy to manage. The inbox provisioning and overall infrastructure make scaling multiple domains much smoother compared to doing everything manually.

It integrates well with our outbound tools and helps keep things organized and stable. Overall, it is a solid solution if you are serious about building proper cold email infrastructure.

I tried Mailforge at first but it's not…

I tried Mailforge at first but it's not Google or Microsoft domain emails, that means you're less likely to reach the inbox. That's why I switched to their Primeforge instead. Yes, it was inconvenient to message the support team to cancel, but they took care of it the next day.

They are a great all in one inclusive sight from mailbox purchases, to domain, and email warmup makes it a great overall system.

Reliable mailbox provider at an affordable price

It is a cool product with an incredible design. The landing page itself already hooked me in before I even knew what they offered. Reasonable pricing - there are cheaper options out there but I personally don't trust them. So far no problems with my mailboxes and support has been lovely too.

STAY AWAY

STAY AWAY - Mailforge was the first warmup, sequencing service I've used, then used the same copy, methods and sequencing on smartleads and actually got results. Then they continued to charge me after I cancelled, to later tell me I had to "contact support to cancel" Now another wonderful back and forth with credit card disputes

I’ve been using Mailforge for my campaigns, and it’s been a smooth experience overall. The platform is straightforward to set up, and managing lists and automations doesn’t require a steep learning curve. Deliverability has been strong so far, which is crucial for me.

Stopped the auto-forward mess, easy to move later

We switched to Mailforge because our old tool wouldn’t let us turn off auto-forwarding. That meant every “unsubscribe” or negative reply went straight to our client—bad look. In Mailforge it’s a simple toggle to block forwarding, so only real leads reach the right inbox.

Setting up new domains and mailboxes is quick, and they stay portable—if we ever change tools, we can take everything with us without drama.

Support has been great: replies usually come within minutes, and if the first rep can’t fix it they escalate fast to someone who can.

It is a SAAS mess and useless for…

It is a SAAS mess and useless for warming up email to be used outside of their infrastructure. Cancelling requires going through Chat as there is nothing on their site to release you...and Chat has yet to respond. RUN!!!

Appreciate the feedback here. The warm up always has to be done outside of the infrastructure in order to do a proper warm up. There are multiple reasons to do, but you do get free warm up by Warmforge if you have a subscription with Salesforge.

The infra do get to the primary inbox

The infra do get to the primary inbox, but sometimes the bulk edit could take days to propagate or even never gets.

Also if SalesForge do not trigger correctly the forwarding, the email will not get to primary, It need to be a reply to a sequence email, if is a new email that is when the replies get stuck.

But thanks to the support team I got all the problems fixed.

Terrible

Terrible! It seems easy to set up. We shifted the outbound of our team. Purchased 45 mailbox slots with 14 domains. The first weeks there were no problems.

The problems gradually started. Sometime mailboxes would get randomly blocked - even though we only sent 5 mails/ day. The team told us to simply delete the mailbox & add a new one. Which we did.

Problem became worse. More inboxes got blocked. We told the team. They told us to delete old inboxes & create new ones.

This went on for a few weeks. Until today. All our 45 mailbox got blocked in 1 day. Disaster for the business. Our volume fell by 95%. It will take weeks to warm up other inboxes.

Stay away.
