I've been struggling with getting to grips with Mailchimp (free version) for several months, and relying on Mailchimp's Guides (-which actually I've never really found that easy to understand - it's like they're easy if you know what you're doing, but if you know what you're doing then you're not going to use a guide!!). But mostly I've been reliant on YouTube and Google for help.

I've wasted literally so much time trying to work out how to use Mailchimp. I have learnt so much from Harriet at MailNinja, in the few sessions that I've had, and now feel much less daunted by Mailchimp and so much more confident in how to use it!! Harriet has been a star, working with me, explaining things so I can understand and constantly checking I'm following.

Wish I found MailNinja sooner, as I wouldn't have wasted time and stress and would be sending out loads of awesome emails!! ;)
