To those who were scammed by Abel Neoh, kindly refer to the below info:

1) Firstly, you have to make a police report. But if you report that you made payment but no delivery, probably police will register this case as a civil case and advise you to go to Small Claims tribunal.
2) If you go to Small Claims tribunal (SCT), also not much help. Abel Neoh won’t turn up for hearing and you can get a money order from SCT. But SCT doesn’t execute or enforce a money order, you will have to engage lawyers to start enforcement.
3) After consulting with a few lawyers, they said enforcement cost would be around SGD2.5~3.5k, but do not guarantee to get refund. You will have to provide Mainz Empire Pte Ltd’s bank account so that we get the bank to earmark their funds. But do you think is there any property or funds under Mainz Empire Pte Ltd. It is very clear that Mainz Empire Pte Ltd is only a scam tool for Abel Neoh.
4) Don’t give up and send all your evidences or info about Abel Neoh to the below email. We shall combine all the cases as one Fraud case to charge Abel Neoh so that police can take some action or make an arrest.

Scammer, wonder why they still operating after all these scam. What happen to singapore.

I went up to Small Claims tribunal. Not much help . the fella didnt turn up for the hearing twice even though I sent the letter by registered mail. The registrar printed a money order and asked me to send to Mainz, 1 month for them to reply and pay back. Didnt really say what is the consequence if they dun pay. Will have to engage lawyer to do it, means more money wasted.

For those who were scammed by Abel Noel, I urge you all to seek legal recourse via the Small Claims Tribunal. I was scammed by him and was advised by a lawyer to bring this to SCT. The police are unlikely to have the power to make an arrest, but the SCT has the power to follow through with enforcement action.

SCAM COMPANY - Do not ever purchase anything from here! They will coax you nicely in the initial part of the transaction and will disappear after payment has been made. DO NOT EVER PAYNOW TO THEM!!! EVER!! I got cheated, hence I'm warning others of it. BEWARE!!!

Don't ever deal with Mainz Empire, they will give you empty promises. before the Chinese new year 2025 I had place the order with Full Payment for Sony Xperia 1V ( 12gb ram with 512 GB storage ) till today I Have Not received my phone yet as promised by Mr Abel. The decent thing to do is to refund me. With umpteen emails & WhatsApp messages & sill have no reply.

Please don't buy any items from Mainzempire, there is scam business, only response your order in place. Once your payment done, then there is no call, message and email.

Scam business. They will recommend you to make a paynow transfer which the bank is unable to reverse. Made a police report and sent letter with court order. Mastermind behind this scam is Abel Neoh Zheng Yi. Looks like we will see him in court soon.

Just like the rest of the reviews, this is a fraudulent business. For victims of Mainz, you will need to lodge a police report in order for the police to collect evidence and witness reports for them start an investigation for this business, otherwise the recourse to take is via Case.

I am appalled to share my experience with mainzempire On October 3rd, I ordered a pair of sunglasses and paid an outrageous $1008. It has now been over two months, and I have NOT received my order!

This website is a complete fraudulent operation. I cannot contact anyone at the company—every attempt to reach out has been met with silence. There are NO updates, NO shipping information, and NO delivery date provided. It’s as if they’ve vanished into thin air with my money!

After doing some research, it’s clear that I am not alone; there are countless reports from other victims who have been scammed by this site. This is a shady, deceitful business, and I cannot stress enough how dangerous it is to shop here.

DO NOT make the same mistake I did! I urge everyone to stay far away from this scam site. Protect your hard-earned money and choose a reputable retailer instead!

As other customers write, this is fraud.

I was charged via PayNow barcode, never received the item, no answer to a fake whatsapp account, no email reply. As I hate scammers I have engaged the bank, who will take all necessary legal action.

These guys should understand that this needs to stop.

Don't even think to order anything there.

Scam site. Bought from them in Oct 2024 and the order never get shipped and there is no response from Mainz empire.

After reading the first review I was really worried, and wanted to cancel my order. I ordered a S23 FE that was sold out on the market, but Mainz Empire still had stock. My worries were there as the shop sells the phones on their own platform. I think it was a bad start with shoppee and lazada when small accessories had issues but it may have been issues with the manufacturer. Those reviews stayed with them and thus made it unwise to sell on those platform. They do have 100 over good reviews on judgeme. Review site. I opted for a 3rd party courier which mainz empire help to follow up and checked with me and kept me updated. That was a service that I think not many shops bother to do. I read on the other reviews that had opted for the shops own delivery , the shop actually try their best to get the phones delivered as soon as possible

I used a BNPL provider (Atome) to purchase a laptop, and Mainz simply never delivered it. When i tried to contact them, they went totally dark; uncontactable on the phone, unresponsive on email and Whatsapp, and their registered company address is wrong/old (currently a huge hole in the ground with a new development going up).

Multiple similar experiences started to get reported on Google Maps in the review section, so they disabled their Google account so the company details don't appear on the righthand side of the google search page anymore, so you can't see their one star rating, and/or leave a review and/or see all the one star negative ones of similar incidents.

It's been a year now, and i gave up a long time ago trying to contact them. Police report was made, but nothing is happening. Thieves and fraudsters. AVOID
