I used this company because of their high ratings on checkatrade. My move with them was a nightmare. From some of the team arriving late without packing materials which had been agreed they would provide, to a very poor standard of packing, difficult in moving my larger pieces of furniture resulting in damage and what can only be described as ‘hill billy’ packing if the van with my possessions hanging out of the back, it was a move to remember for all the wrong reasons. Their 100% insured rings hollow when you pay their £250 excess and their idea of putting things right fell short of my reasonable expectations. I am out of pocket to pay for the repairs to my furniture and certainly didn’t get the professional service I paid for.

In 33 degree heat, the guys that came did an incredible job and nothing was too much effort or trouble. Truly superb, and 3 flights of stairs to contend with too.

Very good, professional service. Complicated move from london to the home counties due to small flat entry points and my own incompetent inventory! The guys were top drawer, nothing was too much hassle including a 2nd trip back down the motorway and being creative with getting furniture out. A very positive experience and really took away a lot of the stress of moving day.
