We’ve been using MakeMyPass for PlayFest events for more than 1.5 years, and we’ve had a really good experience with them.

Since PlayFest is a nonprofit and we conduct a lot of free community events, we really appreciate that MakeMyPass has given us access to their free tier. It has been a big help for us, especially while we’re trying to build and support more communities without adding unnecessary costs.

The platform is simple to use, reliable, and makes handling registrations and tickets much easier for our team. Whenever we’ve needed help, their team has also been quite responsive.

This brand is amazing at handling registrations regardless of the scale of your event. I had the privilege of working with makemypass during a techfest event at my college. Needless to say such a platform took away most of our headaches and made managing participants and events very easy. Also their support team was available to me even after midnight like at times when I was stuck on what to do next at 3am. Huge thanks to the team that was staying up very late and made sure their customers got the best. I 100% recommend you to use this platform if you ever need to manage a ticketing type of event. I used this make my pass for an event registration under MuLearn GECKZ. The UI/ UX was top notch. Their human bingo was top notch and it allowed our participants to get connected with others.

During building our registration form, we faced a minor issue and the tech support team resolved within the time they said keeping their word.

I used MakeMyPass for COREX 2026 Tech Fest at BVM Holy Cross College, where I handled the technical side of the fest.

We had a lot of events running at the same time, and MakeMyPass made managing everything really easy. It took a lot of work off my plate and made the whole fest much easier to run.

The support was honestly exceptional. Whenever I needed help, they were there, even in the middle of the night. They were always quick to respond, patient, and genuinely willing to help with whatever came up. Having that kind of support while running a tech fest made a huge difference for me.
