Me and my daughter stayed in a junior suite for 5 days. First of all we got our room very very late. Secondly the shower was broken, it was either burning hot or as cold as ice, we complained every day and only after the 3rd day they came to fix it. Finally after they fixed it the sink water didn’t work, and they didn’t fix it. All in all this was a terrible experience and I would not recommend this hotel to nobody.

My hubby and I stayed at the Fountainebleau Miami Sorrento building through Mak Realty Group and it was an amazing stay! The room was very spacious and comfortable. It included a mini fridge with a freezer that didn't work. Let's start with opportunities for improvement before I get to the good part. We asked for ice on several occasions. The service was very slow when asked for creamer and coffee were we told only 4 per room🥴😲! As pricey as this resort is you wouldn't think creamers would be a concern. The service was mediocre to none. We asked for our room to be cleaned 2 days and 15-20 mins was Never but charge a cleaning fee. When I gave up and requested 2 sets of towels, I received 2 bathe towels from a disgruntled housekeeper. Andddd was told they were very busy as if that response would rectify my request. 🫣🙁 The room basics such as phone microwave and fridge could be updated for such a beautiful resort. Now the good part. The room balcony view that captured the pool and the ocean made the room an experience. The resort reception was impeccable. At arrival we were greeted by a friendly smile who managed our luggage. The entrance to The resort was beautiful with such A vibe. Check-in and out was smooth. The bar the lounge The pool the beach the restaurants the dine-in room service and club did not disappoint! We'll certainly return with hopes that our review makes a difference.

Our stay at the Fountaine Bleau was beautiful and delightful! From the view of the gorgeous beach ⛱️ to the comforts of the bed the condo was one for the books! Everything was so clean and the host is very courteous and pleasant and definitely engaging the entire time. Will definitely be back at the resort for a future stay!

I stayed at the Fountainebleau Miami Sorrento building through Mak Realty Group with my boyfriend for 4 nights and it was an amazing stay! The room was very spacious and comfortable. It included a mini fridge with a freezer that was clean. The bathroom was also very clean and spacious, my boyfriend and I had room to get ready at the same time. My favorite part was the balcony view to the pool and the ocean! We sat in the balcony every morning having breakfast and coffee with the best view!
Before our stay, MAK Realty they had descriptive emails sent in advance with all the information for our stay which was very helpful. Anytime we had a question, they were quick to respond with information. We will definitely be booking our next trip with MAK Realty.

Customer service was amazing. Everyone was very friendly and sweet. The place itself was beautiful. I gave a 4 star only because the beverage server that replaces the drinks. Lied about how much drinks were had and when I called to talk to them they hanged up on me.

I had an excellent experience at the Fontainebleau Miami! MAK Realty helped us find a room that fit our needs perfectly. I appreciate them being responsive to any questions I had throughout the stay.
The check-in process was easy, the valet was useful, and the stay was gorgeous.

The room was spacious. I was able to get work done comfortably using the office space. The balcony view was fantastic. And the little kitchen was useful (sink, fridge, microwave, and silverware).

I didn’t have a set itinerary for the trip, but the TravelPal app they recommended was super helpful. It inspired us to go jet skiing on the beach (which the hotel helped arrange), and it suggested restaurant options in Wynwood that we really enjoyed.

I’m already looking forward to my next stay and will definitely be renting with MAK Realty again. Highly recommend!

It’s not the spot for a quiet retreat, but if you’re ready to dive into the luxury and buzz, it’s unbeatable. Pro tip: book an oceanfront room and arrive early to snag a good pool spot. I’d give it 5 stars and can’t wait to return!

MAK is the best!!! I have been using them for 3 years now and since I found them I haven't stayed anywhere else when I hit Miami!! Just awesome!!!

Checked in 4/5/25. This is not the unit I booked online (but they informed me of the fine print). The floor is disgusting. There was trash, toothpics and qtips in side of the sofa. The towel bar broken. The living room remote does not work. Curtains are falling down. Cabinet doors broken. Looks like puke on the baseboard. There is not a mini bar. There is one operational elevator for the Tresor tower with long lines. The service elevator is even broken. We stay at the Fontainbleau monthly. This is not what we are accustomed to. Hotel is amazing. This unit needs repair. Pictures posted on Google.

My girls and I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Fountainbleu Hotel , and we cannot recommend it enough. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by a friendly and professional staff that made check-in smooth and efficient. The lobby is elegant and welcoming, setting the tone for the rest of my experience.

The room was nothing short of amazing—spacious. We loved the view that we had, offered a stunning view of the city.

The amenities were fantastic as well. The on-site restaurant served a delicious breakfast with a variety of options, and the fitness center was well-equipped for a good workout. The whole experience had my girls and I extremely happy! The staff is all amazing as well.

Overall, The Fountainbleu offered an exceptional experience, and I will definitely be returning on my next trip. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay to book with MAK Vacstion Rentals!
