I ordered the Florence bag and was expecting a good quality bag, nicely presented for £176 as this was a special birthday gift. On receipt, the bag is poorly wrapped, has no branding, no genuine leather mark and I certainly would not have paid this money if seen in a shop. A £30 bag at most and probably not genuine leather as advertised. Delivery was delayed as it arrived from China. Feel scammed.
I paid £80 for the Charlotte bag advertised as leather, but the item I received is clearly not genuine leather and appears to be made from synthetic/plastic material. The quality, packaging and presentation also do not reflect what I would expect from an £80 leather bag. It was wrapped in cheap plastic. Actually can’t believe the scam this company is doing.
I contacted the company to request a return and prepaid shipping label, as I do not believe I should have to pay to return an item that is not as described under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
I am extremely disappointed with this purchase and would urge other customers not to buy from here. The description is false as they advertise it as made from leather.
I got the Amelia bag and really liked it, the leather was smooth and nice, and great price for the quality. Had a quick issue with my address and customer support also was very kind and fast with a solution. Overall very satisfied
