never again will I order from you fraudsters and thieves you order one thing and receive other thieves

Wysłali przedmiot inny niż zamawiałem,jakieś chińskie badziewie.Nie dajcie się nabrać.

Oszustwo wysyłka nie tego co jest na zdjęciach.

Uwaga . Oszusci I naciagacze pieniedzy . 2 krotnie zostalem oszukany. Problemy ze zwrototem pieniedzy . Kretacze . Czekam 4 miesiace na wyjasnienia tlumacza sie ze personel magazynu jest nieprofesjonslny . Sprawe przekazuje z 8 oszukiwanymi klientami do sadu za takie postepowanie . Oszukanych zachecamy do zjednoczenia sie I zlozenia takiego pozwu również do sadu . Prawo bedzie po Naszej stronie

Przestrzegam przed zakupami w tym sklepie. Uwaga!!! Oszuści!!! Wysyłają przedmioty zupełnie inne niż w ogłoszeniu, później rzekomo wysyłają drugi przedmiot który ginie w transporcie a na końcu piszą że zwrócą pieniądze których nigdy nie zobaczymy. Nie kupujcie!!!!!!

I did shopping at Mall, paid by the priorite bank trasfer via PayU that failed, but money left my bank account. I tried to asked why, but there is no a real person to talk to via contacts at both webs and chatbots are really stupid. Finally, when I made several complaints a guy from Mall called and we agreed he'll send the parcel but I'll have to pay once again on its delivery. So it'll cost twice more and I'll have to wait patiently if the first payment comes back some day or not. Be careful and don't do shopping in this eshop and try to aviod PayU service too. Both companies are from Poland and really very bad experience with both!

For second time in less than two weeks I order the goods, try to pay with credit card and it doesn't work.

Other shops offer you try again...you think Mall does?
Think again.

You are pushed to pay by cash (extra fee) or a bank transfer.

It doesn't matter how you wanna pay, must be Mall's way.

Not good...

They canceled my order because they didn't have the product they said is in stock.

1/ zboží přišlo pozdě
2/ zboží bylo v rozporu s popiskem
3/ stěžoval jsem si u nich a napsal jim, že tam mají chybu v popisku a chci ať si zboží odvezou (televize) na jejich náklady, protože to je jejich chyba
4/ reakce po 3 dnech byla, ať si zavolám na Philips servis (??????)
5/ tam se dovolat nedá
6/ nicméně mi Philips odepsal, že Mall má chybu a uvedl mě v omyl
7/ to jsem jim poslal, další tři dny pryč a reakce nula
8/ na jejich telefon se nedá absolutně dovolat, stáhl jsem si aplikaci na re-dial a dvě hodiny jsem dokola vytáčel číslo jejich "zákaznické podpory", k ničemu

Mall.cz je absolutní odpad s nulovým zákaznickým servisem, už nikdy.

Very friendly customer service. I ordered from them multiple times. Once they messed my order but they gave me back all my money. They also have a wide range of goods.

Never never never never again!
I sent them proof of payment and they tild me that they didn't receive it. So, they have to wait... WHAT???

The worst online shop ever. While paying with credit card site crashed. They didn't get the payment. I had to investigate how to pay with a bank transfer. 2 days later they cancel my black friday offer order because they ran out of the product, and didn't even mentioned it. Would never recommend to buy there.

The service from mall.cz is good but check ff its coming from there partners. Im already waiting 2 weeks for some batteries. I wrote an email to mall.cz and they told me they look in to it. i haven't heard from them sinds. not sure if i will ever see my money back. 117905724/2

Good store. Never had a bad experience.

I bought dog food (Brit), opened it 3 weeks later and found mold. I spent over 1240 CZK. All wasted. Never again.
Customer service replied - sorry you werent satisfied with your shopping experience...have a good day. Hopeless Czech service...

Uvedené zboží nebylo skladem, dodání proto trvalo o 2 dny déle.

I don't have any problem with this store.
