I had surgery with mr mallucci around 14 years ago. Breast uplift and augmentation. At the time I did not know that he had used the allergan naturelle recalled implants until years later. I have suffered lots of issues with my breasts. I now have 3 lumps and had 2 lots of what the nhs suspected was mastitis with x rays of fluid around my implant. A swollen angry breast. Mastitis is something you get with pregnancy I was not pregnant. I had pains under my armpit and found 3 lumps.

I later paid £6200 to have the implants replaced. This is when I found out they had been recalled. I contacted mr mallucci in which he said he had no obligation to update me about this. He has no duty of care to his patients.

I feel very let down by him and upset regarding this whole situation. I have been left to deal with this by myself and as a result now have to attend regular breast cancer screenings.

I had my implants removed November 2025 which is when I knew they were recalled and dangerous.

The whole experience was made so easy by Patrick Mallucci and his wonderful team. I was recommended to him by my friend and he didn’t disappoint. My result exceeded my expectations.

Pre surgery they were helpful and informative. The surgery itself was excellent. Am so pleased with my results and all was very straightforward.
And then the post surgery care has been faultless. My recovery has been very easy, and am sure that is because the team really know what they are doing. No horror stories like you hear of when people go abroad.
Special recognition had to go to Abbie, Nurse Katie (who kept in touch post surgery and answered all my questions and concerns) and of course the wonderful Dr Mallucci himself! Cannot fault them

Dr. Jana and Kully take the greatest care on consultation to ensure the right treatment plan is designed — not only considering one’s face but also lifestyle and travel schedule. They are both highly professional and experienced — I wouldn’t trust others as much as I trust them both!

Have been attending Mallucci Kensington for years and am always satisfied. Top level surgeons, medical grade skincare and a beautiful clinic.

It was a pleasure to see the team again at Mallucci for my 6 month check up post breast surgery as well as complete my laser scar therapy session. The staff are always welcoming and make me feel relaxed in the waiting area. I flew back from Dubai to London specifically to see them I just wish there was another Mallucci office in Dubai so I could have future treatments with a team I trust.

Recently had the NuEra treatment at Mallucci, with Kully, and 100% recommend it. This treatment in particular, but also having it at Mallucci London. My skin was noticeably firmer and felt more lifted, and the treatment itself was completely pain free… (so I can chat with Kully, which is always lovely ;)
I love that Mallucci offer a range of treatments that promote our body’s ability to repair itself, so the results look completely natural. Dr. Jana Vogt is phenomenal. She makes injectables the least painful that they can be and is always up-to-date on the latest treatments for women. She's gorgeous herself which serves as a good calling card to trust her advice and recommendations.

Love going to the clinic for my treatments (have been going for a few years now) - luxe atmosphere and everyone is always so friendly. Hannah is always fantastic to deal with when arranging appointments, and Dr Jana and Kerry are incredibly skilled and continually provide excellent advice and care.

Had two full consultations with Dr. Mallucci in which he reviewed in depth the procedures I was considering and helped me understand the recovery process and what my limitations would be. Was able to book the exact date I wanted the surgery which was important for me as a busy mum of 3. Had great care from his team before, during and after the surgery. Extremely happy with my results. Dr. Mallucci's offices are a one stop shop for recovery - hyperbaric oxygen chamber, lymphatic drainage massage, etc. Have been in great hands with his team from the beginning and post surgery/procedure as well. Highly recommend. He's a very skilled surgeon.

Absolutely love everyone at Mallucci. The staff are really wonderful and caring no matter which procedure you're having. Super communicative if appointments need booking or rescheduling and the work done by the experts is truly keeping me young!!!!! They have all the knowledge and all the best equipment you can wish for. Ive been a client for 10 years and have no plans on changing.

I recently visited Mallucci for a consultation and VISIA Skin Analysis, after having done a MOXI treatment at the beginning of the year and I couldn't be happier with the whole experience. Everything felt professional, caring, and completely transparent from start to finish.
I especially want to thank Kerry, who did my consultation. She was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and honest. She took the time to go through my VISIA scan results in detail, explaining exactly what she saw and what treatments could further help after my Moxi — without ever trying to sell me anything I didn't need. She spent well over an hour with me, and I never once felt rushed. It was such a refreshing experience to be listened to and properly advised.
Kerry's approach gave me even more confidence in the clinic. Everyone I met at Mallucci was kind, welcoming, and clearly very skilled at what they do.
I'm returning next week for more laser treatments recommended by Kerry.
