Please do not buy anything from these people. The quality is terrible and the returns have to go back to China, paid by the customer (huge expense) or they offer a 20% refund.

This is one to avoid . It’s a Chinese website pretending to be UK. Products are cheap and not as described . What was advertised as a cotton embroidered dress is a cheap polyester print garment . Poorly made . When you request a refund , they send you a Chinese address and then offer a meagre discount instead of returning it .

I’m really happy with the Elena dress, it’s even more beautiful in real life! The fit, quality, and details exceeded my expectations. I’ll definitely be ordering more from Malvern Style. Highly recommended!

Buyer beware.
The site is very misleading and the products are not to the standard they claim and not worth the money.
Bought the Elena dress, with its ‘breathable fabric and embroidered pockets’. The photo made the dress look as if it was linen with a textured pattern. It’s actually a poor quality cheap polyester print, darker colour to the picture and shapeless.
Another reason I ordered was the company was the supposed speed of delivery, order before a certain time and dispatched the next day. This is a lie. They also don’t say the product is being sent from China.
I wish I had seen these reviews before I had ordered.
Very disappointed, this suppliers advertising is very misleading I would avoid, don’t get conned like I feel I’ve been…..Lesson learnt.

Really slow delivery and the quality is absolutely nothing like the pictures. Classic this is what I ordered but this is what I got, don’t be fooled by the photos. I was looking for a linen look dress to wear on a hot day but these are not that by any stretch of the imagination. On a plus note the company kept me informed throughout and I was able to track my order but the quality let the whole experience down. Will not buy from them again.

It is unclear from the advertising that this is a Chinese website. The clothes that are shipped are nothing like those advertised and poorly made. The material is cheap, printed jersey not embroidered cotton blend. I’m trying to return the product but have yet to receive a response and tracked returns are at remitters cost - AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I really don’t like leaving bad reviews but I just received the Elena dress which is advertised as ‘embroidered’. The dress is a cheap printed polyester dress, nothing like it is advertised! It fits well but I wanted a cotton summer dress (dress is described as a lightweight breathable cotton blend) not a cheap, garishly green and yellow synthetic dress! I too was taken in by the ‘delivered 3 - 5 days Royal Mail’ ….. no mention that it was coming from China - I would NOT have ordered it if I had realised that it was not a UK company!

Orderd the Elena dress. I had little problem with the adress but they handeld it really well. Amazing service and quality! What is wrong with these people!!

Dress arrived after lots of over exaggerated communication. The dress is absolutely nothing like the material advertised. Literally a print/photo on polyester of the cotton, embellished style advertised. I feel sick at being conned. Now to see if they’re as keen to give me my money back!!
Update: received a 25% refund and keep the item or return it by tracking service to China! I complained because a refund of 20% was actually £7 against a purchase price of £35 and left with a substandard dress that id never had looked at!! I decided to cut my losses - which of course they were relying upon! Embarrassed at my foolishness!

If I could do half star I would . Shipping for returns is at customers expense! You think you’re buying from a uk company and it’s just a front for cheap tat. Clothes are badly made and rubbish material. Took weeks to come despite the 4/5 shipping guide.

Completing misleading - website shows UK Boutique that implies a certain quality - it is anything but that - its cheap and nasty - the worst of Chinese imports. They do not engage regarding refund - sending generic possible bot generated messages - I will persevere to get refunded.

Facebook scam shop (again) Believe this might be a dodgy/fake company. My wife also saw exactly the same adverts for different companies, none of which seems legitimate. The real life store front picture has been photoshopped to show different names. The dress has been ordered, lots of emails saying it’s on its way. I think they are delaying tactics. Can’t find any address for them. Claiming 10000+ reviews but not able to find them. Beware !!! fortunately only £34.95 loss. But times that by a thousand??

This is a scam company. What they advertise is nothing like what you get and when you try to return the rubbish they send you they will not give an address or phone number and refer you to their site which despite looking good is probably some wee guy sitting in his bedroom with a pile of cheap rubbish stealing folk’s money. Lesson learned. He calls himself Eric and makes it look like a UK company but is in fact I believe in China although there is no tracking - which is promised - AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

If there were zero stars, I would give it. It is advertised as a long established British company, when in reality it is Chinese. To make a return the customer pays, and the item needs to be sent back to China, which makes it not financially worthwhile. The quality of the items is below par, very cheap material and the style nothing like on the picture. AVOID!
