The most unprofessional and deceitful agency we've ever encountered—it’s essentially a scam operation. Martin, in particular, is an outright disgrace: rude, incompetent, and completely untrustworthy. Here’s what happened:
1. He promised to handle all the required paperwork for renting out our house but completely failed to do so. He didn’t apply for IGIC or the non-resident tax, leaving us with no legal right to rent the property.
2. He claimed he would assist with receiving an IKEA delivery. Instead, he hit us with an outrageous invoice for his so-called "service" and took all the rental income to cover it. We didn’t see a single cent during three months of collaboration.
3. His behavior was consistently disrespectful—he told me to "shut up," claimed I didn’t understand the situation, and flat-out refused to provide any help when issues arose.
4. On top of that, he actively sabotaged our relationships with neighbors by being rude and creating unnecessary conflict with the comunidad.
My advice: Do NOT engage with Martin or his agency. He’ll lure you in with a polished pitch during the first meeting, but it’s all a façade. Once you sign on, he’ll take your money, treat you disrespectfully, and do absolutely nothing to fulfill his commitments. Avoid at all costs.
