Be highly cautious when ordering from Manaar Logistics Ltd (manaarlogistics.com). I am an Edmonton resident who authorized an Interac e-Transfer payment of $154.00 on September 3, 2026, for a pre-order of bulk goods.
The company completely failed to deliver the goods and pushed back the delivery dates twice. Management explicitly instructed me to request a refund due to the delays, which I immediately did. The refund was officially approved by them on September 16, 2026.
Since then, the business has completely failed to return my money, offering changing operational excuses about "banking limits" to hold onto my funds. After issuing a final deadline notice, the management responded defensively and refused to provide standard transaction receipts.
As a result, a formal consumer fraud investigation has been opened with Service Alberta, and a case has been filed with the bank's fraud department. Do not fall victim to their bulk delivery batch pre-orders.
