From the initial phone call to discuss the sale of a BTL property Manaks seemed 'on it' with a prompt and pro-active response/attitude. Compared with solicitors involved with other recent sale transactions they easily proved the best and I'd happily use them again when a situations arises.

Many thanks to Samir, he helped arrange an out of court settlement for multiple cases of short fares across a couple of years. He was incredibly professional, fast and helped make a stressful time easier.

We went to Manak Solicitors specifically for Samir due to his reputation in handling fare evasion cases, in our case TFL regarding misuse of a high value card. He was professional, thoughtful and understanding throughout, letting us know the realistic outcomes. Based on the circumstances, he suggested we only had a 30% chance of avoiding prosecution and would have to obtain a psychologist report. However, exactly a week after our response to TFL, we received an email saying we had been let off with a warning. Would highly recommend to anyone dealing with similar cases!

We had a house fall through at the survey stage and they were very empathetic and charged us very fairly - so we re-instructed them when we found another house, and the process was very smooth from start to completion. Liz, Rosemary and colleagues put us at ease eg when we thought we should be taking more action ourselves etc, as it was our first buy and we didn't have experience, reassuring us everything was being handled and (Liz in particular) tirelessly accommodating our many questions and concerns. Excellent turnaround time, polite and responsive team of Rosemary Dean. I would highly recommend Manak solicitors for property transaction.
