Was really pleased with the whole car buying process from Manamanx - Simon was so helpful throughout, and I found a car that ticked all of my boxes! Good warranty options, AA checks and additional extras all available to add on to the purchase. Car was in great condition and all paperwork in place for the handover. So happy with my new car, would definitely recommend!

We were very disappointed with the customer service during our recent visit. While browsing the showroom and outside stock ,no member of staff acknowledged us or offered assistance, despite several staff members being present and walking past us .

When we eventually asked questions, the responses felt begrudging and impersonal, leaving us feeling unwelcome rather than valued as potential customers.

Buying a car is an important decision, and good customer service makes a big difference. Unfortunately, our experience here fell well below expectations and we walked away despite being interested in a few of the cars .

Jordan was an exeptional salesman, right down to details and accommodated our evey need and concern!

I’ll keep this factual and balanced - The car itself drives well and broadly matched the description. The initial buying process was straightforward enough.

However, the overall preparation and aftersales experience have been disappointing.

Firstly, the vehicle clearly hadn’t been properly prepped. The paint was heavily swirled and in poor cosmetic condition, and the wheel arches were full of mud, not what you expect when collecting a £20k+ car from a dealer.

I also paid £299 for an AA inspection arranged through the dealership. In hindsight, this didn’t add much value.

Within days of purchase the rear wiper arm failed (the internal plastic mount had snapped and the blade had simply been placed back on) and while the car was at Audi for a DSG service, corrosion on the offside rear lower spring mount was identified and categorised as needing immediate repair.

These weren’t new developments; they were present at the point of sale.

When raised, the dealership relied heavily on the car being “roadworthy” and the fact it had passed its MOT, as well as the AA inspection. In my view, that misses the point. This was about preparation and satisfactory quality, not whether the car could technically be driven home.

Staff were polite, but responsibility was deflected rather than resolved, and I’ve had to arrange and fund repairs independently.

The car drives well, but I would strongly advise future buyers to arrange their own truly independent inspection and inspect preparation and cosmetic condition very closely as well as budget for post-sale work.

Not a terrible experience but not what I expected when buying from a dealer rather than privately.

The car I purchased broke down in less than a month following Purchase. Manamanx customer support did NOT support at all despite me contacting them. There were significant issues with the car that the main dealer said were present at time of purchase from Manamanx, This is not a professional company. Customer support is there to deny any responsibility. The claim that cars are covered by an independent AA inspection for customer peace of mind is false.
