Bad experience
Very helpful and responsive guy until I asked him about receiving a refund for additional boxes that I ended up not using. Considering that on the Manchester Storage site, it says that refunds will be provided in a case such as this. After months of trying to get a refund, I eventually gave up because I couldn't force him or anything to give my money back. Furthermore, I paid an additional 120 pounds for over-summer storage, which is honestly a lot compared to summer pricing. Again, very helpful and responsive when it was time for Matthew Jones to receive money, but still no word about any refund or at least a discount. Also, when I emailed to get my boxes delivered back, I received an answer within 30 minutes, but after I had asked him if I could change the date, Matthew pretended not to see my emails once again. Matthew is very unprofessional and unfair. Never using this service again, there are probably much better ones out there.
