I have ordered Maneup 4-5x now and I am very impressed. My hair is super fine and has been thinning for most of my life. I am on my second order from Maneup Hair Restoration Serum. I’ve been very impressed with both the Hair Restoration Serum and the customer service behind it. The product itself is easy to use, but what really stood out was the support. I had a small shipping issue when my order first arrived, and it was corrected quickly and without any hassle. On top of that, every question I had was answered promptly and clearly. It’s refreshing to deal with a company that stands behind its product and treats customers well. I would absolutely recommend them based on the service alone, and the serum has been a great so far.

No scalp irritation like I got from other topical stuff, easy application, and after 3-4 months I noticed better coverage on my crown area after. I use Maneup as part of a hair care routine and it’s all worked for me so now I’m a monthly Maneup subscriber.

Failed to honor cancellation, ineffective product.
Manually cancelled my subscription in September. Then I received a notice of a recurring shipment so I emailed to cancel this order and reconfirm subscription cancellation. Customer service indeed confirmed that it was now cancelled. Fast forward 2 months later and there’s a recurring shipment on my doorstep. Now they aren’t responding at all. Turn and run. This crap will dry TH out of your hair anyway (duh, leaving salicylic acid in your hair will do that. I mistakenly overlooked it on the ingredient list.) AND subsequently, you will have a hell of time getting rid of your subscription. What an absolute sham.
*Note 03/13: I did finally get a response and refund shortly after posting this review. I’ve received no further shipments, thankfully. However, the fact remains that the product itself was drying and ineffective and that on two separate occasions I was assured that my request to cancel my subscription was honored when indeed it had not been.

This company is a scam
This company is a scam. No manufacturing information, no employees, no corporate information, no costumer service (besides AI responses), and no company history. The product is exactly the same as “Fleava”, a company that is also a scam (look it up). Website is fake. I have concerns that the product itself is unsafe as we have no idea of what the true ingredients are. It could be carcinogenic. The VC that created this “company” should be ashamed of themselves for preying on vulnerable people who are experiencing hair loss.

Our Peptide Powered Hair Regrowth Serum is proudly manufactured in the USA in facilities that follow strict quality and safety standards. All of our ingredients are transparently listed on our website, and the formula includes clinically studied actives like 0.5% GHK-Cu Copper Peptide, Adenosine, Caffeine, and Niacinamide. Nothing in our formula is carcinogenic — safety and transparency are non-negotiable for us.
We are not affiliated with “Fleava” or any other company. Although they also sell a similar GHK-Cu Copper Peptide formula, their ingredient list is very different from ours, and unlike us, they do not provide Certificates of Analysis (COAs) to verify product safety and authenticity.

Unfortunately it hasn't worked for me, still losing hair. I'm into my 4th month and have noticed no benefit at all. Also customer service is not helpful in returning my last auto ship. Was told I would be sent a return label but never arrived. Emailed asking for the label 3 times with no response. Very unfortunate
