I’ve been using ManFlowYoga since 2015. Dean’s yoga workouts are great to gain better mobility and strength and prevent injury. I used his program’s to successfully get rid of back pain and knee pain.
I also enjoy the recovery workouts. The big advantage is that I can do ManFlowYoga everywhere, during travel or on holidays. I recommend this app to everyone who is serious about their wellbeing and health.

I am pre-rating my MFY Lifer shirt, even though I haven't yet received it.

Dean has a passion to helping men be as healthy and fit in all aspects of life. His instructional videos and podcasts are top notch. I am glad I am a member.

Man Flow Yoga is one of two fitness and health apps/programs which I use religiously. MFY has made a tremendous difference in my life helping me improve strength, balance, and mobility as well as giving me more confidence and appreciation for this 66 year old body. As a recently retired physical therapist (who specialized in middle and senior adult fitness, recovery, and general health), I can assure you that Dean’s many programs are based on sound science as well as inspirational teaching and encouragement. I truly believe Dean has found his calling. The team he has assembled and the caring community of MFY followers on FB will help anyone regardless of fitness level, prior experience, or mindset to bring health, fitness, and joy into their lives.

This is an awesome program. I was on the fence about joining but so happy I did. I’ve been a member for approximately 9 months during this time I’ve lost 25 pounds and have become much more flexible which is amazing for a 60 year old. What I love is Dean shows you how modify a pose if you’re not quite at a certain level. Joining MFY is one on the best things I’ve done for health and overall wellbeing.

Instructions are clear from Dean on how to get the best results from Yoga. The variety of workouts and challenges is spectacular for every member level. The support from the team to answer queries quickly is superb. The MFY Community who share tips and encouragement is incredible.

I joined the program and just completed my first program with the 6 weeks foundational strength challenge. I can already feel the difference years of hip and back pain have decreased. I will be jumping into the flexibility program next. I highly recommend Manflow Yoga.

Dean has organized an approachable easy to use system that fosters healthy benefits, encourages individuals to challenge themselves at their own pace and level of difficulty for an affordable cost. The benefits I have experienced in the past few months have been notably impressive. I am proud to say I am a “Lifer” and happy to be a part of this amazing journey and community to a the best life I can live.

Had thought about yoga for some time, but could not see myself attending classes with a crowd of younger more able-bodied fellow students. Just happened to cross this website and was immediately drawn in by Dean's approach and demeanor. Glad that I can adapt the program to what I am able to do. (I have some physical issues that limit me.) I have kept with it now for over 4 weeks. I actually look forward to doing it. I am seeing some progress. Slow, but progress nonetheless. I am glad that I joined.

Dean's guidance through the sessions is outstanding- he wants you to progress- and you will when you are following his instructions and muscle activation.

Been using this for years. Came for lower back pain and it’s been better than a $4000 chiropractor that’s for sure.

This yoga is more focused on exercise than the spiritual aspects, which in my opinion is what I'm looking for. So I appreciate that about MFY.
