Great yoga platform for men, Dean has great experience and understanding of how the male body works and why us men don't have the same flexibility as woman, Dean goes through every move step by step . Workouts for beginners right through those who are super bendy ( not me ! ) I chose MFY as it's very helpful for us older guys who have picked up a few injuries over the years and want to reclaim a bit of their life back and protect themselves from further problems in the future. The App has a community section which you stay in touch with like minded people, to give you encouragement and keep you motivated, podcasts from Dean with useful info , also if you do need a little help or guidance I've always got a reply . This is a quality app/website particularly for men , it maybe a little more expensive than the traditional yoga app but Dean offers so, so much more and I would recommend MFY to any man out there . Worth the investment 100%.

Just renewed for my fifth year! Love the variety of yoga sessions and how you can choose a level to suit how you currently feel, from light stretching to relaxation to a full body workout. Dean and the team really deliver an excellent service.

The beginner’s videos are super good. Dean’s instructions are easy to follow. I really appreciate the encouraging emails that come regularly.

I was on the fence for a couple of years - downloading and deleting the app. It has been over five weeks since I made the commitment and I have no idea why I waited so long. Worth every penny. I had been using a different app for some 5+ years but have seen more progress with Dean’s guidance in these 5 weeks than in all those previous years. His clarity and thoroughness in his instructions make everything so clear in all the poses. Cannot recommend this enough!

I’ve enjoyed the members app and material there. So far, most of what I’ve followed was also available on you tube - where I was a subscriber. I hadn’t seen that material.

I am beginner to yoga and I find the platform helpful to create and follow a program that is developing my confidence, strength and flexibility. The programs offer position variations that help older men like me approach yoga with excitement despite having reduced flexibility. The platform is supportive and inclusive, and that is giving me the support to develop a sustainable daily practice.

Limited self promotion/sales. The yoga instruction content is exceptional and speaks for itself.

Being a guy it’s so hard to find classes that give my pace of instruction. Dean is great at giving different options for poses and my hips are doing much better since starting. Definitely recommend this.

I recently started with Man Flow Yoga and cant say enough positive things about the program. Its easy and you can tailor the sessions to what your looking for. They even have evening sessions you can do at night before bed to relax. I am so happy I found the site its done wonders for me already, thanks Dean.
