Location of training changed without calling attention to the change. This resulted in a lot of confusion day of. Also instructed us to bring laptops when they were not needed.

Trainer was EXCELLENT (Maria Sandra Bonifacio). Admin experience was not as great.

I attended a training on Effective Human Resources Management, and it was highly impactful, insightful, and beneficial. The sessions provided practical knowledge and valuable strategies for effective Human Resource Management. I gained a deeper understanding of key human resource practices, which have enhanced my skills and broadened my perspective.

The knowledge and skills acquired will greatly improve my day-to-day work by enabling me to handle Human Resource responsibilities more effectively, make informed decisions, strengthen employee relations, ensure compliance with Human Resource policies, and contribute to a more productive and positive workplace. Overall, it was an excellent learning opportunity, and I gained valuable insights that I will apply in my daily responsibilities and professional growth. Thank you

Mangates and our facilitator Mandeep, did a brilliant job tailoring the AI in leadership workshop to our organisation's needs. This included a diverse array of participants with varying expertise in AI. the workshop was interactive and engaging, and the accompanying workbook was thorough and helped participants to explore further the different concepts discussed in the workshop. highly recommend Mandeep - she was excellent!

The professional development session delivered by Ekaterina was excellent, engaging, and highly informative. The content was well-structured and supported by numerous practical examples that reflect current AI-related challenges in higher education. The session provided valuable guidance on ethical academic writing, appropriate referencing, academic integrity, and responsible use of AI. It also explored effective strategies to address AI-related issues from both policy and technological perspectives. The practical examples made the concepts easy to understand and apply in real academic settings. Overall, it was a very insightful and valuable professional development session that enhanced my knowledge and confidence in promoting ethical use of AI in education.

My colleagues and I were instructed by Jacqueline Penhos on Workplace Mental Health First Aid. Jacqueline was an excellent instructor that truly values the opportunity to share the knowledge surrounding mental health and advocates to dismantle the stigmas surrounding mental health in every aspect of our lives. I hope to work with her again.

With full transparency, I did not feel I received too much value from this course: the course material felt extremely vague (even though I understand that the ESA is a very dense topic) and the instructor did not feel completely knowledgeable on many topics, often referencing our local subject matter experts.

The instructor had lots of great tools for staying grounded and breathing. Great role play, great provocations.

Great facilitator, the workshop gave me lots of things to think about and changes I can implement in my professional and personal life.

The training itsef was really great! It was really impactful, providing useful skills and information. The trainer was fantastic. She was engaging and interactive, as well as kind and encouraging. I rate the training a 5 overall. However, the company was poor in communicating training detail needs and communicated many things last minute. The training was costly and they expected us within less than 24 hours of the training as well, to print and collate 3 manuals that were 44 pages in length each. We provide trainings for our profession and would never ask participants to do that for themselves, especially if they've paid anything at all, however, even doing it for free.

The facilitator seemed to really care and gave good examples from her law background. I liked how it was catered to my experience as much as it could be.

Very helpful

The Path of Moral Leadership Development course exceeded my expectations. The curriculum covered far more ground than I anticipated, addressing multiple aspects of moral leadership that I hadn’t expected. The instructor, Deborah Cunningham, took time to understand my specific goals and tailored the training to directly address what I needed. The instructor’s breadth of knowledge was invaluable; she’s also full of wonderful resources! She really made the experience feel custom-built. I’d highly recommend this course to anyone serious about developing their leadership skills.​ Additionally, working with Ciara Hayes from Mangates was also a positive experience as there were some glitches that she was able to promptly resolve.

She was super nice and engaging. The topic we discussed was something I was interested in and she helped me expand on it.

Toba was a great instructor in being able to bring real life examples into my training sessions. The quality of care and attention to detail that he brings goes beyond. I loved the experience of having a one on one session, and tailoring the material to my own personal experiences and profession. It was nice to go over the skills I already have, and learn how to improve them!

It was a relaxed atmosphere, small group and the instructor was very thorough and used great examples to get information passed on to us.

I was really lucky to sit with Caroline and go through issues that were current for myself and how to best manage and support our team. I have an action plan now and feel confident going forward to be able to put this in place and communicate effectively with everyone. Thank you so much! I feel a weight off my shoulders.
