Lars was the most helpful and thoughtful person I've ever encountered while buying online. When what I wanted wasn't available he immediately 5 or so minutes after my order came through, called me to offer a refund or different option. After I came to a decision he was there on the end of the line right up until the board was delivered exactly a day later might I add!

I ordered a wetsuit (in the sale) on Monday afternoon and it arrived by Tuesday lunchtime. I’ve never worn a wetsuit (I’m paddle boarding at the weekend) but ordered based on the online description and sizing detail and I have to say I’m super pleased with it. The price was less than anywhere else and the delivery even came with a lovely handwritten note and discount code for future purchases. I wish all online shopping was like Mango Surfing!

The courier Dx that mango use are absolutely shocking! 4 times they have “tried to deliver” at 3 different addresses, we’ve waited in all day for them and nothing. Apparently they have tried to deliver and carded the door but no card and even have cctv footage at the properties but no one has turned up. No option to pick up at their centre. Dx doesn’t carter for working people, don’t deliver on weekends, except you to sit in all day in the week and even when you do they don’t turn up. Ive waited over a week for the delivery and I’m still waiting. Mangos website and prices are great but change the courier service please.

Received my order the following day which was a nice surprise. The bottles arrived damaged but mango have assured me they will send out new ones asap.

Ordered a new grill for a Nissan Navara np300 on the 1st May, got a confirmation email and then nothing. Was wondering when it would turn up, couldn't get hold of Mango Racing but eventually found it at Thai post. Had to search 6 auxiliary sites for the tracking eventually found it at the Post office, been there since 16 June, this was on 26 June. Finally got it and found it to be a cheap flimsy piece of plastic that didn't line up with the factory clips, instead it had 6 clips at the bottom that wouldn't clip onto anything. Not even going to waist my time fitting it. For $320 Australian dollars I've found it to be an expensive and pathetic experience. My advice is to avoid at all cost. My advice is if your looking for a grill for a Navara check out Powerful UK. No I wouldn't recommend this business.

I purchased a pair of sunnies for my wife . We didn't think at the time but they have no markings on them at all , so don't know if they are safe in the sun . They were on the trial table so wasted money !!

I bought a sweatshirt from Mangosurfing on a Saturday morning online, it was delivered on Sunday evening!
