I RECIEVED THIS PRODUCT AFTER TRYING TO CANCEL 4 HOURS AFTER ORDERING. IT TOOK 3 WEEKS FOR THEM TO DELIVER THIS VERY CHEAP LOOKING PRODUCT. I DID NOT OPEN AND RETURNED IMMEDIATELY. IT IS 4 WEEKS LATER AND I HAVE NOT YET RECEIVED A REFUND. ORDER 70352.

-1star HORRENDOUS PRODUCT, DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. CHINESE RIP OFF COMPAY, RUINS YOUR NAILS..... AWFUL PRODUCT.

Avoid this product and Company. Arrived wrapped in bubble wrap. No presentation box as advertised. Many promises made by their customer service to send out the box, but it was never sent. Product chipped off within 24 hours. You have to remove it fully with acetone, it won't come off with ordinary nail varnish remove. Avoid.

Absolutely shocking customer service! 14 day return policy and a 30 day back guarantee but still refuses my return! Absolute joke of a company! Avoid avoid avoid

If I could give no stars I would. Terrible company no customer care skills and products ruined my nails .
First I brought for a present and it came with no box just in a bag. So after a few emails back and forth they finally sent it weeks later ( too late for a present). Then when it finally came one of the jars was far to big to fit in so I couldn’t give it has a present anyway. More emails back and forth I said about a refund but they said I was out my time window. So I thought I will keep it myself ( worse mistake). With no instructions on the box I had to download them and I followed all instructions and it went terrible wrong my nails where in a right state , in the end I went to my local nail technician and she had to soak and sold my solution to save my nails from further damage.

Please don’t buy I ended up out of pocket with haven’t have to re-buy a gift and painful nails .

I ordered the product for a gift. The advert shows the polish in a lovely presentation box with instructions. The goods I received was in a jiffy bag, no instructions or presentation box. I immediately emailed their customer services, they took 3 weeks to reply. They said the standard sorry to hear you are not satisfied please explain in more details. I explained that the items I received were not as advertised and asked again about how I can return them and get a refund. After 7 weeks from my original email, they sent me an email saying I can't return the items for a refund because I am outside the refund period the 14 day return period! They delayed me ! This company is a CON /SCAM the nail vanish is cheap and does not work. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

TOTAL SCAM!! Zero star rating! Awful company. Should have read the reviews before buying. Received the products loose in an envelope with no instructions nothing like what is advertised. I’ve send numerous emails to make a return and they said they don’t accept returns. One of the bottles also arrived half full. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS. Total waste of money and time. Products are cheap and unsafe from china

I would never buy anything from this company. They automatically.put you on a subscription so you receive there product every month. I tried to cancel it 5 times but the page you need to go on comes up error every time . I had a email from them to confirm they had cancelled my subscription on the 11th of December 2025 . I then received there products in January which I sent back and had to pay for it and not had a refund for that product yet. They are now sending Februarys product to me .
They keep hassling me with numerous emails.
I have been in contact with Barclaycard customer disputes team and they are refunding January and February payment and taking it up with the company.
They are also putting a stop on my account so they can’t take any money from me and they have put a stop on my account .
So please don’t buy any products from them.

Whilst the product is very easy to apply, lasting power is very limited and it's almost impossible to remove without ruining your nails

The base and fix are basically 'superglue'. The top layer cracked after 24 hrs and I couldn't remove easily once cracked without 'scratching' off

This is another money trap - absolute rubbish and no one gets back to you

Order arrived in a plain bubble-wrapped bag, not the nice box shown in ads. The manicure kit looked cheap, liquid was minimal, and colours were nothing like what I ordered. Very disappointed with the product quality.

I bought this on a whim, saw it on the socials and thought I'd give it a go because it's not always easy to get an appointment with the woman who does my nails. I should have read the reviews first! Interestingly all the 5* reviews were posted around the same time in 2024. My experience mirrors the majority of people's. It turned up in bubble wrap, no instructions and it's absolute crap. I gave it a go and it chipped within 24hrs. I ordered the removal kit too but that didn't arrive so now I have some chipped nails, some damaged nails and some explaining to do to the lovely woman who usually does my nails. Avoid this company, it's a complete waste of money.

I ordered this product for my partner I've yet to receive it, I payed £5 for express delivery which stated it would take 1 to 2 days. Little did i know it was coming from China so the 1 to 2 day delivery would be impossible, but they were still happy to take the extra £5.
After I noticed I looked deeper on there site to see it states they don't charge delivery well they charged me.
I payed £54 in total for 6 colours and im dreading the quality of items with it coming from China.
I've sent several emails and only had one reply, which was no help at all.

Do not use. I think this is a scam site. Not delivered as advertised. The items were shoved into a bubble wrap and tape parcel with none of the style or care that you would expect or as was shown on the website. Not a UK company as advertised and is delivered from China. No response from any customer service representative when I have reached out, no other contact details on their site. I feel like this is a scam.

Terrible! Chipped in less than 12 hours. Reviews on their website are clearly fake! I should have looked on Trustpilot before buying. How do these companies get away with miss-selling, it’s shocking.

I’m very disappointed to receive this item wrapped only in bubble wrap. Not box, no branding, no instructions. Ok, so there is an email link telling you what to do, but this is not good enough to wrap as a gift for Christmas… especially considering the amount of money I spent. I expected it to arrive properly packaged. It’s looks cheap and nasty in bubbles wrap. I feel absolutely conned!

i order after seeing it this month on instagram and i regrect it , arrived in a basic bag with packaging that didn't match. Removal was also a pain and left my nails feeling dry and rough.
