I just placed my first order. The website said that if you signed up for the newsletter, you'd get 15% off. Unfortunately, I didn't receive that discount... but at least free shipping over $59, right? Nope, I still had to pay $11 for that too... I do believe the products will be good, but it's annoying that the site promises benefits that I never saw anywhere.

I have ordered from them multiple times. This past time was abysmal. I don’t know if it was a fluke but their site was so laggy and slow.

On top of that, the shipping used to be ok. Not super fast but not horrible. This time my package is still waiting to be dropped off at USPS for the past week.

Not sure what happened to this company but something on their logistics side is changed and it shows. Which is sad cause they have a pretty good product.

The worst nail products I have ever bought and the Customer Service is disgusting the way they treat customers is garbage. I purchased their products and it arrived fully damaged and I tried to contact their customer service and they told me that there is nothing they can do about it since the product was damaged with delivering service and I was like why would I spend my money again to purchase something of the package wasn’t well packaged and they said oh we’re sorry we can’t do anything about it really ? I have called on the phone and trying to get a hold of Customer Service and the lady started cursing out at me. This is ridiculous. Guys take your money elsewhere there’s other brands out there than this one.

I honestly love Maniology nail polishes. The formula is smooth and easy to apply — not too thick and not too runny. With just one coat, the color already looks vibrant and even.

Maniology is a great nail company that specializes in everything nails. I have 2 press on nail sets from them and they are absolutely beautiful and the nail kit has everything you need for a quick nail application. Affordable and quality products. Highly recommend

Maniology only offered a generic apology and a refund which I consider extremely poor customer service. I'm convinced their hazmat excuse is gaslighting because of this experience. If they bring up hazmat reasons for your missing product, beware! I was given the same lip service and it turned out to be false. Here is the final email I sent to them:

Subject: Request for Full Refund – Ongoing Order Issues
Dear Maniology Customer Support,
I am extremely disappointed with how my order has been handled. After weeks of delays and a theoretical hazmat issue that didn’t turn out to be the case, my package was ultimately lost, and now I’ve been informed that several of my items are out of stock. This entire experience has been highly frustrating, and I no longer have confidence in your ability to fulfill this order.
At this point, I am requesting a full refund for my entire purchase. Please process the refund immediately and confirm once it has been issued. I expect this matter to be resolved without further complications.

I hate to say it, but this company needs to be investigated. I hope this helps you if you are like me and find yourself in a similar position as I did with Maniology. You're not alone. I'm upset too.

10/3/24 card was charged been with company very long time I noticed I never got my box. Looked online and saw it was supposed to be shipping from. Seattle...Now I was confused it always ship from Hawaii called and called no return call emailed and emailed no response as of 10/14/24 crickets from this company be careful if I believe some accounts were compromised and they have not told their customers.....shame on y'all !!! Will never do business with this company again....
