In first day I am attending the session Brand in you conducted by Mr.manish Upadhyay sir.session was very amazing and interactive. In this session manish sir tells us about how to transform your image ( tells us about acceptance,lead by act success or fail,move on etc. Rule of 5 for building power habit is also useful for me . Sir gives various types of activities during session they are very helpful to me.
In second day manish sir tells us how to design your image this was very amazing s.sir tells us about various qualities of impactful communicator

I had a great experience learning and communicating with Manish sir...I learned that ,,The person has to be his ownself always, first we have to be what we are and then we have to look out! In life its vital that we accept people as they are and same goes with self ! So don't worry who thinks what ..its just the matter of selfless love which you have to nurture!

It was very soothing and exciting experience to learn new things in ' brand in you' session.

The best thing which I loved about the sessions was all the delivery given by Manish Sir was based on practicality. Also, he focused on self-enhancement (Transformation) rather than getting changed in preparation for professional life.

He understands his audience very well. He conducted our session in a virtual set-up where none of our batchmates knew anything about eachother since we were also at home. By the end of the session everyone knew who they were and who others were. Just to sum it up, he showed us our identity.

Now I am quite comfortable speaking infront of everyone. He never gave me that typical 'Teacher ' wala feel. Always he presented himself as a proper guide infront of me which makes me feel more comfortable.Now it feels family to interact with him.And thank you for helping me to point put my weeknesses as well. As a fresher, I was naive about certain domains and aspects of corporate and its working. The 'Aarambh' session of Manish sir, not only enlightened me with the knowledge regarding practical aspects, but he also joined the ethics with the professional or practical life. His quirky approach towards each student, help us to know ourselves better and his analysis regarding each student, give us a clear picture of our positive and negative aspects, which help us to improve our lagging areas. Overall the session was engaging and interactive.

Aarambh was a 20 days induction session conducted by Manish Sir. It was a wonderful session that covered many fundamental topics like communication skills, behaviour, attitude of gratitude, professional etiquettes, expectations and their mapping and many more. These sessions are extremely useful for personality development and helps people to overcome their shortcomings in these domains. The speaker conducted the sessions very nicely and was always connected with his audience.. On the whole it was a great learning session.

Good evening , this is S Vidya Lakshmi. I have attended his both Induction as well as Aarambh sessions. He has a very unique way of teaching. All his sessions teaches us both life lessons as well as it teaches us the skills which will help us to sustain in the cooperate world for a longer duration. He helps us to bring out the hidden skills within us. He makes us feel connected all through his session which most of the other mentors miss during their session. I enjoyed all his sessions and learnt new topics which will be helping me in the upcoming days.
