I would like to provide an important correction to my previous review.
On March 1, 2026, I emailed Mapify to request a refund for my subscription, as I no longer needed the service for business purposes. Mapify kindly responded on March 4, accepting my request, even though the missed cancellation was my own oversight.
I was very impressed by their fairness in approving a refund for an overdue cancellation.
Unfortunately, due to an error on my end, I overlooked their March 4 email, and the refund transaction did not go through as intended. The confusion in my previous Trustpilot review was entirely my own doing.
I am pleased to confirm that Mapify has now fully resolved the matter and processed the refund.
I sincerely apologize for the earlier misunderstanding and appreciate Mapify's patience and support. I wish Mapify every success in their business.
Mapify actually deserves 5 stars.

I reached out to Mapify via email on January 31, 2026, about a billing issue. As of today, I have not received any response. I hope the team can improve their customer support, because ignoring paying customers is not acceptable.
