The team of developers are the best Customer Service I've EVER worked with! I came to the program excited about the possibilities and the developers were with me every step of the way! The program creates beautiful, easy to use maps! That they include driving and walking instructions is a bonus for us as we navigate visitors around our 2800 acre AirPark in Columbus, IN. These maps have upped our marketing game 1000%.

Mapme makes a great tool that exactly fit our need. I worked with a group of university students who were crowd sourcing community resources for families that have a family member who has autism. We want to automate the process of collecting form submissions using Google forms and having the resources automatically populate pins on a map without manually creating them and without writing any code. Mapme managed our needs with aplomb. Students with no experience were able to put together the system and manage it on their own. To recap: the product was exactly the tool we needed and it was exceedingly well supported and also simple to set up and use. The resulting map looks professional. Before I committed to picking this provider to accomplish my goals, I was assigned a partner with the company to walk me through the program, given time to test it and try it out. We are a cute Downtown Retail and Specialty Store/Restaurant area and I was hoping to provide tourist and visitors a walkable map that would let them choose a category to pull up or view the entire map. I can update with store changes and created a QR code that produces the updates each time I make a change. They have people you can talk to for questions and I feel like the software accomplished everything I was looking for.

Mapme.com has been fantastic for my website, Timstown.com. I use it to map out the history of Omaha homes and places, and it has made the whole project come to life in a way I honestly could not have done nearly as well on my own. It is user-friendly, visually appealing, and gives me a great way to combine research, photos, and location-based storytelling. Really happy with Mapme overall. I've been using it to create neighborhood guides for my buyers - I put the parks, schools, local spots etc. and its just a much better way to show people in neighborhood than talking through it on a call. Clients actually engage with it and come back with better questions. Does what it promises for me, it is easy to use, good value esp for a small level operation like our company.
