Nach Abo-Kündigung wurde das Abo einen Monat zu früh abgestellt! Keine Kontaktmöglichkeit.

J'ai utilisé Maps.me gratuit pendant des années. Tout était simple intuitif pour un benêt de mon acabit. Je paie, ce qui ne me traumatise pas, pour obtenir une version réservée à l'élite allant semble-t-il du fond de la pampa au pôle. Mais chercher une petite ville ou un village dans la Creuse ou la Meuse depuis la Savoie (Par exemple) conduit à recevoir vingt propositions sans avoir la bonne. Ex : Indiquer "Les Eparges 55" (haut lieu de 14/18) et là, galère ! Avant, classer les signets était d'une grande facilité. Par exemple (Histoire, Culture, Amis, Lacs, Campings, etc... Aujourd’hui : Une galère !
Où trouver un mode d'emploi compréhensible pour un simplet de l'informatique ?

It used to be a very convenient service for me, but over time the amount of advertising has increased, and I now find it more difficult to use on a daily basis.

Despite this, the cards themselves still work as intended and can be useful, but overall the user experience has become less comfortable for me than it was before.

The app used to be great till they introduced a limit of only 10 small maps not covering a full country, now using organic maps instead

Pro worked for a while but now I’m locked out of my app because it says another device is logged in. Annoying. And they have my subscription money!
Sick of this crap and will look somewhere else.

Ich kann mich den anderen negativen Bewertungen nur anschließen… ich habe das pro abo .. eigentlich heißt das unbegrenzter Download… seit wenigen Tagen ist nicht einmal mal eine Aktualisierung der vorhandenen Karten möglich .. auch bei mir erscheint als Begründung die Meldung… das Abo ist mit einem anderen Konto verknüpft… Service und Hilfe sind nirgendwo zu bekommen… ich hoffe sehr das ein anderer Anbieter diese Marktlücke auffängt und das dann bei gutem Service… da bleibt echt nur kündigen

War eine gute App. Habe für PRO bezahlt und erhalte jetzt beim Aufstarten immer die Meldung "Das Abonnement ist mit einem anderen MAPS.ME-Konto verknüpft" oder "es gibt Probleme, kehren sie später zum Kauf zurück" - ich kann weder ausloggen noch einloggen. Neu installieren hat auch nichts gebracht. Adieu maps.me, steige um auf Organic Maps.

Unglaublich schlechter Service. Obwohl die pro Version bezahlt darf ich keine weiteren Karten laden. Keine Antwort auf die Mail. Es ist einfach nur frech, was die sich erlauben. Ich habe gekündigt und bin zu organic.maps

maps.me used to be quite excellent, free, up to date and very accurate. Then they reduced the limit of free maps to 10. A little while later I took out a subscription as I didn't want to be limited to 10 maps at a time (the UK alone takes 18 maps). As far as I was concerned I was taking out a subscription with maps.me, nothing was said to the contrary. That worked perfectly well until I switched my lead telephone from Apple to Samsung. When I queried why I was limited on the new telephone the response from maps.me was that my subscription was to Apple, not maps.me. That's ridiculous and I certainly won't be renewing on this basis.

Success using maps.me offline hiking in Europe for several years. During prep at home for current trip, I accepted a prompt for Pro as Apple subscription. Now the iPhone app refuses access to the account. It recognizes phone number, but blocks access. Trip is half over Worthless upgrade blocks all access to prior experience.

Pas sérieux à éviter et à fuir leur proposition

This is the second time that despite paying £39 for a year, maps.me app suddenly tells me I can’t download apps because it is linked to another account. Terrible service. A waste of money. Use another app

Quelques jours d'essais gratuits puis payant sauf que même en ayant résilié la veille... Je me suis faite facturer 1 an à 49,99 euros !!

Escrocs !

En plus ça ne marche pas vraiment (la même rentrée de rue me donne prfois une rue à quelques kilomètres, parfois une à l'autre bout de la planète et ça reste bloqué dessus...)

Everything worked well until I paid for Pro.
Now nothing works, 152 bookmarks lost, I have to open the app three times to be able to even see it because otherwise all I get is an invitation buy Pro, Which I already pay for.
There is absolutely no customer support.
It used to be good. Now I guess somebody else has taken over and it is utter crap.
I recommend deleting this app and finding another one.

J'ai souscrit un abonnement pour un an. Au bout de quelques mois cela ne fonctionnait plus. J'ai eu beaucoup de mal à joindre quelqu'un du service client. Mais rien n'a été résolu sauf le dernier mois juste avant de recevoir le mail pour me réabonner. Je n'ai reçu aucune compensation. J'avais perdu toutes les cartes que j'avais téléchargé et j'ai dû dans le dernier mois tous retelecharger.

Je viens de changer de smartphone et comme je ne suis pas abonné, je ne peux pas récupérer dessus mes cartes et favoris..

Emails beim support wurden anfänglich beantwortet. Es stellte sich heraus, dass beim ersten Aboabschluss ein 2. Konto eröffnet unf falsch verlinkt wurde. Dann Funkstille und das Problem wurde NIE gelöst. Geld konnte auch nicht wie vom Support beschrieben zurückgefordert werden. Schade, 50fr. für nichts bezahlt und schade um die eigentlich gute Idee des Apps. Ich werde das Abo sicher nicht mehr erneuern und empfehle niemandem eines abzuschliessen! Bei meiner Bekannten hat auch nur die Einzahlung funktioniert, dann nichts mehr!

Achtung vor Betrug, der Zugriff funktioniert nicht!
Kündigen erscheint leider auch unmöglich!

Installed in Marrakech. Just didn't work. So user unfriendly. I cancelled closed account and uninstall map.
Yesterday they took a yrs subscription cost from my bank.
Tried to contact them with no success. Wish I'd seen all these other 1 star reviews before I even installed the thing 🤬

Haven't been able to use pro version even though I've paid for it. Can't get beyond the 10 downloads limit so being charged £48 for the free version!!!!
I'm out of here! There are more genuine map apps out there.

Dreadful service. I paid a monthly fee for use of Maps.me pro. They took the money but did not give me access to Maps.me pro. I reported the error to them but they have failed to respond. I have now e mailed them several times but no response. Beware this is a con. That take your money but do not provide the service you are paying for. DO NOT USE this aervice
