I was happy and surprised to get a sample mailed to me immediately! Sadly it doesn't match my 10 year old backsplash that I wanted to extend...close but not exact. Also, they were excellent about following up with me. I wish that my old tile was available.

Always have great customer service with follow up. Easy to contact on the phone and by email. Showroom staff and warehouse staff step up to help with material selection. Had a short shipment once. I ordered tile, waited more than a week to get any information when my order will be shipped, then received email that my order will be shipped next day and then ten minutes later another email that my item is out of stock. It took the whole week just to find out that they do not have my item in stock!

I like that I was given a full sized sample to determine if the tile was a good fit for me.
