Love this store!
I've made 3 purchases so far and I'm very pleased! I'm 5'9 and it's hard to find maxi dress and pants that are long enough for me. The dresses that I've bought are not only long, but compliment the figure. I bought wide legged denim pants this summer and I wore them every chance I could! They were long for me and flowy. I only wish they came in white. If you're on the fence about making a purchase, just do it! You won't be disappointed!

I really like Marcella. Elegant modern design. Soft fabrics. Reasonable prices. Not too revealing or flashy or sexy, but the outfits are chic enough and polished enough that I feel like I can wear them for so many different things - work, events, clients, parties, etc. I also like that shopping from them supports causes that matter to me. My only advice is that if the item is tencel, do NOT machine dry it. Air dry only. Learned that the hard way.

Easy to navigate website with great clothing. I am so happy with my purchase and will be ordering more! At first I thought the clothing was a little too "grown up" for my tastes, but I purchased a staple item and LOVE it and wear every chance I can get. Item shipped quickly and nicely packaged.

Extraordinary Luxury Fit, and Style
I own about four pieces from Marcella, and they are my favorite clothes to wear. Their clothes are made of the best materials. Soft and flowing, but substantive and extremely fashionable. I get tons of compliments every time I wear any of the long tunics I purchased. I buy from them more frequently now that I am assured of the quality. The clothes are luxurious and classy. You can’t miss. I am a plus sized woman, and my husband loves the way I look in their clothes.

Marcella makes quality clothing. The materials, cuts, and craftsmanship are exceptional. I know I am paying a little more to buy clothing that will last (unlike fast fashion brands) and I am very happy with all my purchases so far.

No communication after sending 2 emails days apart
The style was nice, but the dress was made wrong! I kept it because I didn't have time to order something else and took it to my dress maker. It's almost like it had a large bottom with a small top. I emailed them twice to tell them about the problem and it's been approximately 10 days and no one has bothered to email me back.

I had an item i wanted to exchange. I received top notch customer service! The response to my inquiry was instantly and addressed my issue with a positive solution. My exchanged item went on sale in the midst of my exchange. The representative ensured I received the sale price as well. I just placed an order for Petite Gina Pants & Palmer Knit Top and there was an offer for a free tote with purchase over $100. After I hit pymt, it charged me $17.65 for the bag and the description has it as “Free Gift The City Tote.” Will be calling them first thing tomorrow.

Order not received
I ordered a dress, top and shoes from Marcellanyc. I believe it was delivered because I received notification. The delivery driver from FedEx left the order on the mailbox in a mailroom instead of in a mailbox. It's very obvious somebody picked it up. I've sent so many messages but nobody is getting back to me. I purchased the Navidium insurance as protection but nobody is responding to me. What else can I do to get a refund? I received a message after this review last week, then it gone silent again. Please can anybody be kind to send me a follow up on my response. This is really painful. Why do I have to beg for products I've paid for and even purchased insurance in case I don't receive. Really annoying.

Never shipped
Purchased some items for a desination wedding. One dress arrived as per their website of 7-10 working days. One month later and they cannot produce the other shipment. Even before production they would not cancel the order. Their last email said it would be shipped no later than September 5th, but still has not been shipped. Repsonses come from a virtual assistant. Their clothes look fabulous online, but if you cannot actually receive them, it's just for show.

new customer discount
As a new customer I signed up for a 15% discount.
Unfortunately the code I was given did not work.
I reached out to customer service and several days later I received an apology with a new discount code, which also didn’t work.
I am somewhat leery of ordering from this company at all based on my experience so far.
So @ a week later customer service reached out to me and offered to manually discount my 15%.
I ordered and received my sweater and I am glad I did. It is a unique look. It is made with a very heavy yarn which will keep me warm on the coldest days

Fitcella is a scam !! Beware.
They took my money on June 3 said they shipped my order twice when it didn’t arrive. I asked for a refund and they are still delaying it to this day August 22. Email response has seem to be system generated.
