First purchase! Super high quality
I ordered a dress for my cousin’s wedding. My order arrived quickly, and it exceeded my expectations. It’s chic, well-made, and feels luxurious, and even the packaging had a thoughtful, elevated touch. 1 month and still no package.
Ordered a dress on January 8, it is now February 4 and still hasn’t even been processed. I was supposed to get it between 5-10 business days. It is now passed my event and still nothing. I have written them multiple times and been given the runaround with excuses. Now they’re saying I ordered a pre-order item. No I didn’t. I will be trying to get my money back.

Worst of it they then claim you never added it to your cart when it clearly says so on your order. Lowlife retail.

I placed a large order on TikTok with Marcella, only part of the order was refunded. The remainder, totaling $458.00, was not. I spoke with someone named Gav on several occasions, who said weeks ago that my refund had been “pushed through” (surprise, it had not). Now I know they not only steal your money, they also lie. When I inquired that I had received no refund, they stopped responding entirely. The items were delivered back to Marcella on 12/26, it is now 1/23 with no refund.
I will report this company everywhere I can.

I ordered a dress on Jan 6th and it’s still showing that the order is processing. The site say it’s 5-10 business days and it’s well past that. I’ve contacted the company and got a really dumb response about shipping delays due to Christmas which feels like an excuse. I will never order from them again

Well made, beautiful clothes. I usually buy them in sale. In one case, one of my Marcella boots had a rip in the zipper. I contacted the company and they provided me with a partial refund. I appreciate their personal approach and high quality.

I love the style and quality of the products. The fabrics and leather goods are great. Lastly, their purpose driven mission: working condition, including pay for their workers, educating girls in Sub Sahara, and sustainability.
Customer service is great. I had an issue with the zipper on a pair of boots I ordered. They sent me another pair without any hassle. They stand by their products.
Constructive feedback: Their shipping times are slow. However, when they sent my replacement boots, I received them within 1.5 weeks, during Xmas holiday.
Like 95% of all online retail sites, there’s no customer service ph#. It did take approximately 2 days before a real person responded to my issue. When Meer, customer service agent, replied, it included a new shipment of my boots.
They have some kinks to work out and I’m still a loyal customer.

Customer service is Everything!
I was upset about the delay of my order as I frequently order from Marcella.I love the products. Once I wrote of my dismay, a customer service agent named Meer corrected the problem, and got my perfectly matched item. He was patient, very kind and extremely helpful. He made me and my adult daughters permanent customers. FOREVER GRATEFUL....THANKS MEER.

I've ordered twice from them
I've ordered twice from them, and after my last one I realized they hide negative reviews. This alone is enough to put me off ordering from them ever again. That, and the fact that I have to rig my own strap to keep the zippers up on the boots I paid $200 for, as they fall down constantly. The subpar quality I can deal with, hiding reviews is just dishonest and shady.

Shipping times are a joke
Unable to rate the actual product because I ordered it 22 days ago and still haven’t received it. You can’t call, customer service is email only and gives you the run around. Shipping delayed, busy time of year, blah blah blah. More trouble than it’s worth. Fix your business model, nobody is going to wait 25+ days for items to be delivered.

Some issues with high volumes
I had issues trying to make multiple returns and exchanges during Black Friday. I don't have an issue with the shipping times. I feel like that's part of their sustainability model. Eventually, customer service updated my account with the correct refund amounts. So, I do appreciate that things were resolved. But they just don't have the response times that I would expect even from a non-fast fashion company.

Horrific customer service for online orders…
The customer service for online orders is horrific. You are at the mercy of them responding only by email and it takes at least 36 hours for them to reply to the email. So frustrating when there are much better options out there. Do not shop online from here.
