Outstanding customer service! When my order of a Christmas tablecloth was delayed due to manufacturing issues in France, Chuck was very responsive to my concerns. When he realized I needed it for a brunch on Christmas Day he sent me another cloth to use so I would not be without one for my big event. My original order showed up a few days later. All the cloths are beautiful! And I am so appreciative of the way in which Marche Provence looks out for its customers. Can't thank Chuck enough! We had a beautiful Christmas brunch with the substitute cloth & are now enjoying the originally ordered one. Will definitely order again!

The items I ordered came promptly and the quality is very good. The owner personally called me and told me that one was coming from
France and would be a little late in arriving. He then told me of some sale items that I would be happy with and I got those instead and saved some money.
I would order again with out hesitation.

I ordered a Christmas table runner on December 2nd.... It’s Dec 28th, after Christmas and I still haven’t received the table runner. While I love the products, it just takes too long to receive. Even if the runner arrives soon, I will have to pack it away for next year.

This is not my first purchase. Quick delivery and great product. I love their tablecloths and napkins. They even included a complimentary sachet of wonderful lavender.

As a first time customer, I am extremely happy with my order of two tablecloths. They are exactly what I had in mind and are superior quality... I highly recommend their products.

The item I originally ordered was back ordered for several weeks and the owner was willing to substitute TWO different items so that I would have them by Christmas. Chuck was more than accommodating in solving the issue. I will definitely order from them again!

High quality coated tablecloth. Package was delivered on time.

My order was out of stock so took awhile to receive it. The olive napkin fabric background was a different pattern than what was on web site. Otherwise items were of good quality.

The towels, tablecloth and placemats are absolutely gorgeous. Marge was lovely to work with.

Order took about a month due to fabric was not available at the time of order. Would have appreciated an email or phone call explaining the delay. Had to call requesting the reason for delay. Otherwise the folks I spoke with were very nice and sharing an explanation.

I truly believe I had ordered a different tablecloth from the one that came. My husband also saw the order and thought the same. A few days after I placed the order, I got an email saying my tablecloth was on back order and would be here the following week. It came and we saw it was not the one we ordered. We kept it anyway since we needed it and it had already been nearly 2 weeks. The cloth we received was fine, only not the design we wanted.

This purchase was a return purchase. I had placed an order some time ago and was very pleased with both the service and product.
I found another tablecloth with a different pattern and decided to purchase it. I would rate the coated tablecloths with an excellent.
They are attractive and hold up quite well.

I've really enjoyed the color and character of these tablecloths! These are items unlike any you will find in stores these days! I was surprised that my kids were so pleased with them as well :) I searched all over before finding Marche Provence, and I'm so glad I found them- great products, great guarantee, good prices and fantastic customer service. These tablecloths make such a bright, cheery, homey touch- especially in the winter months.

This time I ordered one with the acrylic coating. I like it for a holiday table so that you don't have to change in case of an emergency spill, when you're already super busy. However, having used it for a week, I'd say that while it certainly does its job, I don't prefer the feel of it. It will probably not be one I use regularly because of it. Dishes make a slightly... tacky sound, when lifted off the cloth.

Loved the charming olive branch print. A perfect easy care cloth for casual dinning!
