My wife placed an order with Belroshop.com for $67.88 on 8/23/26. I got an email from my bank that the charge was blocked for suspicious activity. However the website and charge was to: Merchant Name: marenonline.com, Purchase Amount: 77.87, $9.99 more. My wife called Belro because she wanted the items and was told that the bank blocked the charge confirming that marenonline and belroshop were connected. My internet search found complaints of Belro charging through other websites, up-charging, filing multiple fictitious charges. The bank also reported additional charges from 5 or 6 different web addresses all in quick succession for $77.87 each. These same items are available at Walmart for a few dollars more with no hassle and no down time researching internet scam info or needing to replace a charge card. The bank investigation continues.

I had to chose a star so I selected one but it doesn’t deserve any stars. They lied about the charge then they charge me again. I called them several times they kept hanging up on me when I purchased the item, which was a dress,. I screenshot the order number so when I called, I gave the order number and they were yelling at me telling me that that was the incorrect order number and it’s only four numbers. I got six numbers and they were so rude. I emailed Support never got one email back never ever ever ever do business with this company.

Interestingly enough, the order had gone through to maren online. I smell a rat!

Ordered item on May 1 from Belro. Purchase amount ($44.98) promptly charged to CC by Marenonline, but delivery was much slower than advertised. On May 21st and on that day every month thereafter, $39.99 was charged to CC. Beginning on June 1st and on that day every month thereafter, $34.95 was charged to our CC by Onlinenexus.com, a web site we never heard of or used. We complained to Belro/Marenonline in early July and were promised a refund and no further charges. Nope, they continued. Norton reports both sites as possible scams and blocks them. This certainly seems to be the case.
