Product delivered is not what was expected. Returns to this company are nearly impossible. Buyer beware. Many other places on the web having nothing good to say about this operation.

This also goes by the name of Margot and Ivy. It is a complete scam with AI generated people saying they are a brick and mortar store in Charleston.
The dress was supposed to be embroidered and it was a total piece of junk. Not a stitch of embroidery. Took forever to get here. I will not go thru the pain of returning. Learning from previous reviews. Buyer beware.

I purchased a coat. Nothing was wrong with it other than it did not look good on me. I contacted the site, by email, got a response that they’d be happy to refund. Never heard back from them. I responded two more times asking for a refund. I even said that I just wanted my refund and didn’t want to have to write a bad review. So here I am, writing a bad review. Product refund is not an option. Communication is not good either. I will not purchase from this company again.

Actually deserve ZERO stars. This company is a Chinese scammer. The merchandise took over a month to receive. It was NOTHING like advertised, I wouldn't even give it to Goodwill. They will not exchange or refund anything with more than a 40% discount. NOTHING, I REPEAT NOTHING they sell is less than a 40% discount. EVERYTHING they sell is more than 40% OFF which means they exchange or refund NOTHING. I am disputing charges with Bank of America. Be forewarned and DO NOT purchase anything from these Chinese SCAMMERS

This is NOT a boutique in Charleston SC!! It never was!! This is a company in China. I believe they misrepresent themselves and use deceptive marketing practices. I reported them to the FTC (Federal Trade Commission). Their merchandise is shabby quality and misrepresented in the pictures they present. DO NOT BE SCAMMED!! If you do not like the product and want to return it, you have to return it to China which means $$$ and also filling out customs forms. However, according to their website they are located in "United States, Charleston". I hope they are prevented from doing business in the USA.

When I received the product, there were no labels on the sweater. The material was second hand quality. It definitely did not look like the one in the picture. The fit was certainly not true to size. I immediately tried to return it. I had difficulty with my email going through to them. After a month of many attempts, they finally connected and asked first for a picture of the shipping label. After sending that, they asked for a full picture of the sweater and all labels. I finally got a response that they would give me 20% of my next purchase. They are a scam. DO NOT buy from them!!

This site is a huge scam. They claim “money back guarantee “. That could not be further from the truth. Like other reviewers here, I was also scammed receiving a very poor quality item that looked nothing like the one on the model. I wrote multiple times for a return and refund. They responded at first with offers of exchange, which I did not want due to the quality and they eventually ghosted me. Lesson learned. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS FRAUDULENT SITE!

Very cheap blazer that looks nothing like it was advertised. No response from seller about return.

The product I received was so sub-par ....
Sub par fabric, sub-par fit. The fabric was so cheap and very thin. Absolutely, NOTHING like their website portrays! Their website is very deceiving! I guess I got scammed - lesson learned.

if I could write a review that was less than one star I would I have written twice to Margo and May and have heard nothing except that when I asked where my package was initially, they said it was on its way, and in fact it was, I received it the next day however, the item did not fit. It seemed like incredibly thin material, and I wrote immediately to say that it did not fit and that I needed to return it and I would like a credit to my credit card. I heard nothing tried again to do that and still haven’t heard nothing nor has my credit card been reimbursed so I guess I got scammed. It was a very nice website as someone else mentioned in their comment and it taught me a lesson. I can’t do this anymore…I can’t order online because seemingly nice people are really crooks. Don’t order from Margot and Mae; It’s not what it seems.

Product cheaply made and fits poorly. Depite their 30 day refund guarantee, I was ghosted after they initially responded asking for more information.

This company is a scam with a nice website. It also has multiple names and functions out of the same warehouse at 1080 SE 5th St Suite 300 Hialeah Florida. Do not order from this company you will not receive money back or return ability. Lots of internet verification if you research the address
