I bought a chain and it was high quality and shipped within expected time

Item was just as listed. consider sizing up one size, runs a little tight. shipping time was 3-5 days after purchasing even despite reading reviews of slow / bad delivery service. overall 5 stars and will be buying from here again. 😎

The Jeans I purchase was below expectations which often happen when you buy online but the simple fix other clothing competitors have used to create a hedge for themselves is putting in place a viable return/exchange process. The retailer return policy sucks with very limited options to incentivize customers to want to buy or take a risk online. The shipment process was difficult with UPS finally dropping off my item at ‘ Advance Auto shop’ for me to pick up because someone has to sign for it at my house. I get things delivered at my house and left in front of my door with camera all the time but driving to advance auto pick up my item just tells me this retailer is not ready to compete in this age yet. I also sent them email about the item and my intent to return it for store credit which is their only return option BUT haven’t heard back from them to date. This is a struggling retailer with very restrictive processes that is bad for business and customers. It’s quite unfortunate I took a chance on them for the first time and For me, there’s no second chance for a first impression.

So I just received my 3 pairs of jeans. I was a bit worried about how they would fit but I sized up just one size and the fit is absolutely perfect for all 3 styles! Very impressed with not only the quality and fit but the quick shipment to Canada!!
I will definitely be ordering more jeans from Mark Envoy! So glad I found this resource!!

Jeans are nice quality but we’re too small and I have paid twice for returns from US to Finland and both times items have come back as unclaimed. Email for mark envoy is no longer responding to me. I paid $200 for items and cannot use.

Jeans we purchased looked very nice just like the picture and the quality was good, but they were several inches shorter than my sons other jeans same size 29 from different company. My son is 6’1 so I’m not sure if length is for more average height men? Best to email support and check first if have questions.
