I've had the pleasure of working with MarketerHire for several months now as a Social Media Manager. It has been an excellent experience.

To be honest, in the beginning, I didn't know what to expect even though they provide you with tons of leadership and documents to help. I've worked in so many agencies before this that I always get nervous at the on-boarding portion because you never know what kind of chaos you may be walking into. However, to my surprise, it wasn't complete madness. On a daily basis, I was was sent numerous opportunities from amazing companies and even had several interviews with prospective clients. But when the client that was a right fit for me came along it was like instantly we knew that I would work for them through MarketerHire. The process wasn't painful at all.

The client that I was hired for has been a dream. They allow me to lead their team and the project, they truly rely on my expertise and we never move out of scope. Anytime that I've had even the smallest issue (such as needing feedback) MarketerHire was there to help facilitate.

On two occasions I reached out to this company. While in theory Markethire sounds like a good platform that would be beneficial to the company that are looking to hiring an expert. The reality is more like, they rush you to match with a candidate completely not fit for your brands products.you will only be able to review on three candidates to make a decision from. Hope their investors read these reviews to see what kind of service they are really providing. Service is pointless and the candidates matches are terrible.

Very responsive, really good vetting process. I haven't found a great match through them yet, but that's a function of time.
