I wanted a sapphire ring that would sit alongside my eternity ring. We had been so delighted and impressed with previous work, designed and completed by Mark and some technically difficult repair work, he was the obvious choice to make the ring.
The completed ring is absolutely stunning, the settings are perfect and the colour of the stones beautiful. I couldn't have asked for more! Many thanks to Mark and his wonderful team.

After an extensive search for a replacement wedding ring, I came across an image of one of Marks designs (Vulcan 7) and I thought it was a thing of beauty. I promptly emailed to enquire about it as I wanted specific sizes and materials. After a number of very pleasant and informative email exchanges I went ahead and confidently placed my order - a few weeks later my ring arrived exactly as I had asked for it and looks stunning.
The service from Mark and the team is truly excellent, reliable and trustworthy. The jewellery is beautiful and extremely well made. Mark and Nick are clearly extremely experienced experts at what they do, giving solid advice and crafting things of beauty. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

I have just collected my bespoke ring from Mark. Oh my goodness what a truly remarkable craftsman this guy must be. I really did get quite emotional when I saw the ring. I had requested a bubble ring as I had my mams engagement ring, my engagement ring and an eternity ring. Mark did not disappoint.
All the staff were lovely, Michelle was lovely at my initial appointment and offered good advice and I think she was just as excited as I was at the finished piece.

After not being able to wear my wedding ring, engagement ring and eternity ring for many years I came across Mark Lloyd jewellers on the internet. I arranged a consultation with Michelle to discuss what I could do with my unworn jewellery. I settled on having a new wedding ring made from my old ring and my engagement and eternity rings reset on new bands. The results are nothing short of amazing. I never imagined that you could bring new life into old jewellery. I am particularly happy with my wedding ring as it has great sentimental value and having my new ring made out of my old one is pretty special. The customer service and workmanship is second to none. Weather you are looking to buy, repair or remodel old jewellery this shop is a must. Cannot recommended enough.

Where does one start! and which superlatives to use.
My wife needed a number of rings reworking plus re valuations. Tried one or two places not impressed then we came across Marks website, sold.
In the shop, Pauline, friendly, very professional, exceedingly knowledgeable. Interpersonal skills excellent and she also smiles!
When we went to collect the finished rings, Mark came out and explained what he had done on each ring. Wow! Craftsmanship and finish off the scale.
For instance, my wife’s wedding ring is two different shades of gold and needed to be made bigger told by others it couldn’t be done! Mark did it superbly.

I took Mark my mother's wedding ring, which was 70 years old and it had worn so thin that it had snapped. Mark did a lovely repair and there was absolutely no sign that it had ever been broken.
