DONT USE THIS COMPANY!???

Fixed dryer.. broke leg on unit and caused issues with washer as it's a combo machine... I called to tell them and they tried to charge me to diagnose the issue they created so I told them to forget it and they didn't care about the broken leg.... Not professional and there are many many bad reviews for this company so don't believe every site you see that says they are great bc I made the mistake of that seeing a site where they had all good reviews and thought oh wow... What a great company... Yeah they weren't accurate whatsoever.... It's your money... But proceed with caution... Recommend finding another business who deals with appliances

Customer service at its best.

I found dealing with Marks Electrical so pleasant from start to finish.The delivery drivers were Craig Ward and Aman were so pleasant and helpful and went above and beyond,nothing was too much trouble.Such a refreshing change,a very happy customer.Thankyou 😊

The staff at Mark's Appliance proved to be extremely knowledgeable and helpful when we were choosing a new washer/dryer set. They presented various options to us and gave us detailed explanations of the differences between models. Their friendly and approachable demeanor made the entire experience truly enjoyable.

I heard about Mark's through their radio ads on sports talk radio stations.
Unexpectedly, our washer started leaking, so we visited Mark's. Brent was a tremendous salesman. Explained various washers and their options as well as warranties. Best part of the experience - he listened to our needs and wants.
We will go back for more purchases.

Pleasant experience.

Had what we were looking for and was able to get it scheduled for a quick installation. Fair prices and great customer service. Buying local is a huge plus as well.

We needed an electric range fast

We needed an electric range fast. Ours had stopped working about a month ago, and the service tech said it would be costly to repair. After finding a new one we liked, Abe told us the only one in stock was the floor model, and it could take weeks to get one. Abe spoke with the Manager, and they allowed us to buy the floor model (which isn’t something they do on a current model unit.) Abe went above and beyond to see that we got our new range today! Can’t find that kind of service these days. We will be back for our future needs. You’ve earned lifelong customers with us!
