There was a small mistake with my order and I received the wrong item at first. I contacted customer service and they were really helpful and friendly. They replied very quickly and helped me get everything sorted out. The correct item arrived after that and I’m very happy with it. Mistakes can happen, so I really appreciated how they handled it. Thank you!
Sometimes things look nice onlline and then you receive them and they’re not quite the same or totily somthing else. That wasn’t the case here. It looks just like the pictures, maybe even better. The little details are really nice and it fits comfortably. I’ve already worn it out to dinner and got a few compliments.

This was my first time ordering from Mark & Sarah Vancouver, so I was a little unsure at first. Everything went smooth. The item arrived in good condition, looked like the pictures and it fitted me really well. I’ve already been looking at a few other things on the website.
