I recommend everyone shopping for a new mattress to visit Marks Mattress outlet.

I went to Marks Mattress located on Nolensville pike, Nashville Tn. I was helped by Omarr (not sure on proper spelling). I informed him of what I was looking to spend, which was extremely modest, and we were able to negotiate a deal I found favorable. Omarr provided great customer service.

I’m extremely pleased with the mattress AND box spring I purchased and I’m looking forward to future purchases from Mark.

The customer service was great! Thank you Denton and Logan for your hard work in getting the best mattress and remote bed frame for my money. They worked very hard to make the numbers work so I could afford the bet set I wanted. I would definitely recommend them!

Mattress was just delivered, earlier than expected. Delivery was quick and friendly. Mattress feels amazing. We are so pleased with the entire experience. Wish we had started with Mark’s Outlet mattress.

Share my HONEST opinion??? You won't like it. The ONLY reason I came to Marks Mattress Outlet is that it was promoted by Doug Ramsey, who I think highly of. The salesman assured me that my selection was top of the line, a very good mattress and a product that was exclusively sold by Mark's Mattress. He did not tell me that that in order to validate the warranty I HAD to buy a box spring from Mark's at the purchase of a mattress. I wanted a low profile box spring, but there was none in stock, so I purchased the mattress, took it home and ended up buying the low profile box springs from another supplier that was in stock in their store. After a few days the mattress I bought from Mark's began to sag in the middle and on the sides. I filed a complaint, followed instructions given to me by the salesman.who assured me he would call and that I shouldn't have any problem exchanging the mattress. I waited and waited and waited. Two weeks went by and I finally called to inquire about the outcome of my complaint. THAT'S when I was told my warranty was no good because I did not buy a box spring from them. When I asked the salesman why he didn't tell me about that issue, he told me I should have read the contract that I signed. Yes, I sure should have. That part is my fault, however I did inquire about a low profile box springs which would have had to be ordered and he couldn't give me a date when it would come in. I feel that the salesman should have made me aware what the contract read at that time. I then asked the salesman to explain to the owners what transpired on the day I bought the mattress and he said he would. Another week went by and I called again. The same salesman told me he had talked to the owners and mentioned that he neglected to tell me about the box springs, but he told me he would talk to them again. After another week I went to the store personally to ask about the out come. It was almost closing time when I walked into the store to find the salesman laying on a mattress with a young lady who ran to the back of the store as soon as I made my presents known. I was given the run around and he said he would talk to the owners again. Another week passed and I called only to be told my warranty was no good because I had bought a low profile box springs from another mattress store. I ask him again if he told the owners that he did not tell me anything about having to purchase a box springs from Mark's and after further questioning he admitted that he just didn't think it would help my cause by telling on himself. I did call him a poor salesman, and that I felt he should not have been trying out mattresses with the young lady I witnessed and a liar. Now we are stuck with a saggy mattress on a good low profile box springs and as far as I know the terrible salesman is still selling mattress and lies to unsuspecting customers. I will never purchase from Mark's again.

Doug was awesome! Very patient, friendly and helpful. He went out of his way to have us try different types of firmness. He even pulled one from bottom of a stack of mattresses for us to try. This is our second purchase from here. We're thrilled with our purchases and tre way we were treated. We continue to tell everyone about Mark's Matttess in Avon
