Brilliant service from start to finish! From the initial phone call to book, everything was really easy and straightforward. We received confirmation straight away with a link where we could check all the booking details.

A couple of days before our journey, we even received a message confirming exactly when and where the driver would be picking us up, which gave us great peace of mind.

The car was extremely clean and comfortable, and Aaron was fantastic — very helpful with our bags and even helped take them right to the door. The journey home was smooth and comfortable.

We’ll definitely be using them again. Far better service than the previous St Annes company we used, who unfortunately turned up late.

From creating a last minute booking to changing details and ultimately a one way pick up absolutely brilliant.
Driver sent me incredible details whilst away and upon landing was in contact to ensure he was ready at pick up point once luggage collected and out of terminal. Whole experience was amazing and have no qualms about recommending. Thank you

Almost got killed by a Mark's Taxi driver on the M6 motorway today. He was driving very irresponsibly, sped over the limit to undertake us, and then pulled out straight in front of our vehicle, inches away from a deadly crash at 70pmh when he got too close to the car infront of him. I would never use this taxi company and highly recommend people look elsewhere.

Guy who was at the taxi rank outside the Brentwood station by the name of mark is AWFUL. first of all he always speeds at any time of day- even dark nights- which makes me feel very uneasy and unsafe, but this evening even after arriving right outside my flat building’s door he kept turning forward and backwards completely unnecessarily until the meter went up, and then he stopped. The absolute cheek to purposely keep driving after having arrived JUST TO CHARGE 30p MORE. the principal of it is disgusting and while I chose to leave the taxi peacefully after paying without arguing, I will never forget him or this moment. My bank statement read “Mark Taxi” on the charge, I recommend to avoid this speeding scammer. If you are reading this Mark you owe me a sincere apology for this kind of behaviour, I actually cannot believe anyone would do this and choose to lose a customer over 30p. What a horrible thing to do.

Fantastic service, stunning car, great price and friendly helpful drivers. We used marks taxis for our airport run and it made it such a stress free enjoyable journey. Our children loved the lights and TV and it was such a comfortable trip. We will absolutely be using them again. Thanks to Neil and Aaron our drivers.

I have used Mark's Taxi service to the airport several times now and the service is so friendly and professional that I feel obligated to share my experiences, you will not find a better service at this price.

Communication is brilliant, they text the day before, and you can message back and they always get straight back to you, I find this so much more helpful than a phone call. Phil took us to Manchester airport, he arrived early and got us to the airport on time, Mark picked us up (not the owner Mark) lovely guy, again sent me a text as soon as the plane touched down, gave me details of the vehicle, colour, model, reg and which bay to walk to, brilliant ride home, lovely guy - will definitely use again

We used Mark’s Taxi for our airport transfer from Liverpool and couldn’t have been happier with the service. The booking process was really easy, and Mark was great at keeping in touch — he even texted the day before our flight to confirm everything. Our plans changed slightly, and we had to update the number of people on the booking, but it was no problem at all. Mark was already waiting for us on time when we arrived, and the taxi was spotless and comfortable. We recently used Marks Taxi for a return trip to Liverpool Airport, and I can’t recommend Mark highly enough. He picked up myself, my wife, and our daughters, and from start to finish everything was spot on.
