I ordered the wrong product
I ordered the wrong product, which was totally my fault. When I contacted Marktek, they were absolutely excellent in identifying my error and sending me a replacement completely free of charge as a gesture of good will, which was above and beyond what I expected or deserved. Brilliant! I was able to speak to someone on the phone and get exactly what I wanted even down to the call handlers own helpful suggestion to have screw holes added. It was quick and at a very acceptable price.

Sent from overseas!
Very pleased with the finished product. The ordering and design process was straightforward and easily navigated. The issue I faced was being unaware that the product was sent from Germany! Website says quick delivery (as it was sent from overseas it was!) but there was no information to say this would be produced and sent from Germany.
Clearer information on the website would be helpful until then be aware that this comes from overseas.
Thank you for your response. The issue isn’t that the product would take longer to produce but the fact that is was being manufactured overseas. This is not stated, as far as I can see, anywhere on your site.
