I ordered two dresses for £93 and waited 2 weeks for them to arrive. They are NOTHING like the images on the website and I have sent 3 emails over the last 9 days to get returns instructions for a refund and have not received replies to any of these. This company is clearly fraudulent and I will be going via my credit card to recover my losses

Never again!

Ordered some sandals, waited ages for them to arrive and when they did they were awful quality and not like those advertised. I contacted them for a refund and apart from one email from “Anna” I’ve since been ignored. I’ll be contacting the bank to see what they can do but currently I’m £46 down on a pair of really poor ill fitting cheap sandals. The website is convincing asa quality store based in London but in reality is a naff foreign scammer. Avoid.

Company is selling fake items. I have sent emails to request a refund and am being ignored. Do not order from this website.

This company are sacmmers! They take your order, it takes ages and they are as sweet as replying that it's delayed etc. But when the swim top and shorts arrived I've hade better quality from Temu and better customer service! The shorts have bobbled after first wear. DON’T BUY OFF THEM!

I received a tote bag today, after waiting weeks for it to arrive (don’t trust the ‘London’ part of the name) the quality is so poor, I am so dissapointed, I would have been better ordering from other companies that are known for low quality cheap prices. Don’t bother as you will defianlty regret it

Ordered an elegant linen blend jumpsuit from Marlow London. This was shipped from Amsterdam. What arrived was a cheap copy, legs too short and made from 95% polyester 5% spandex not linen. Still no response from customer service despite 2 emails sent requesting return label. Do not use.

As most Trustpilot reviews show this company is a scam! The polo shirt I ordered was of poor quality bearing no resemblance to those shown in their advert. I ordered an extra large size and a small size arrived. When I asked for a refund I was informed that this would not be possible and I was offered a miserly 50% off a future purchase. As if!
An expensive lesson, although I will be contacting Trading Standards amongst others. Beware if you are considering a purchase.

The bag I bought did take quite a long time to arrive but after getting superb and very prompt customer support from Anna I felt reassured it would arrive and it just has! I will definitely order from Marlow again

BEWARE!!! Scam company. I received a so called Longchamp tote bag yesterday and it’s very clearly a fake despite reassurances from customer services that the products are genuine. So annoyed with myself and should have known the price was too good to be true! UPDATE: Anna in customer services has been very good and has issued a full refund to my credit card.

Dreadful company! Ordered a pair of shoes, they eventually arrived and were three sizes too small! Immediately contacted support, who told me I could keep the shoes for an additional 4.95, why would I keep shoes that don't fit ? Several attempts at instigating a refund, being totally ignored - obviously a scam.. AVoId!

I purchased a longchamp bag in a sale.
However when it was eventually received it was clearly a fake.
Do not order from this company.

After a 3 week wait my 3 piece swim set with pockets finally arrived today, sans pockets! The adjustable draw string is just a bow, stitched to the front of the waist band and the overall quality is nothing like the marketing pictures!
I have emailed to ask for a refund but after reading the reviews on here I am not feeling hopeful.
This is a scam site that calls its self Marlow “London” but on further scrutiny says it is based in the Netherlands. However, my guess is, it’s probably based in China!
Total SCAM! Do not buy from them! I wish I had come here first.

Purchased a Tote Bag on the 18th July. Tracking information has not been updated since 19th July. I also didn't realise based in Amsterdam. Emailed on 22nd July and Anna emailed straight back to say early stage of shipping and to check in a few days. Emailed today as unlikely to arrive before I go away. I asked for a refund. Anna replied straight away to say she would see how far along item is and refund or refund when arrived and update me on this.chased this afternoon. I gave since seen negative reviews on here. Very annoyed abd am now disputing purchase with my credit card company.

Ordered and paid for three weeks ago. Still not received. No indication shipping takes this long. Will be returning as will not arrive in time for when needed. Avoid at all costs.

Custommer Support was very good and helpfull, i didnt specify my order number and were able to cancel my order, it felt like an assistant!

Disappointing Customer Service – Happy to Take Payment, Not to Honour Their Promises

I am very disappointed with the level of customer service I have received.

The company was quick to take payment for the swimsuits I purchased, but when I wanted to exercise their advertised 30-day return policy, communication became extremely poor.

I emailed on 14 July 2026 with a simple question about my return so I could decide which return option to use. After receiving no reply, I emailed again on 16 July and 18 July. Despite this, I am still waiting for a response.

This is particularly frustrating because the company’s FAQ states that they aim to respond to emails within 24 hours, 7 days a week. Their website also promotes “Our Promise to You”, including:

* A fair 30-day return policy.
* Helpful customer support within 24 hours on business days.

Unfortunately, my experience has been the complete opposite. The promises made on the website have not been reflected in the service I have received.

If you are happy to take customers’ money quickly, you should be equally responsive when customers need assistance or wish to arrange a refund under your own published return policy.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. Customer service and after-sales support have been extremely disappointing.

I purchased a swimming outfit on the 8th of July 2026. They charged my credit card and said it's on it's way. it's the 16 today and no news, have emailed multiple times, no reply whatsoever.. :/
