I warn against the products of this company.

First and foremost, the product quality leaves a lot to be desired. In practice, their durability is alarmingly low – in my case, the lamp lasted only around 2 years, which is absolutely unacceptable at this price point. Moreover, the product design makes it expensive to maintain – replacing the bulb or light source can cost up to half the price of a new lamp. This can hardly be seen as anything other than a serious functional flaw.
The complaint process is a separate issue – lengthy, unclear, and handled in a way that gives the impression of deliberately discouraging the customer. Communication is inconsistent, responses are vague, and responsibility is shifted between different entities. The case drags on for months without any real resolution.
Additionally, the company misleads customers regarding warranty conditions – marketing claims do not reflect the actual approach to handling complaints. In reality, the customer is left alone with the problem.
In summary, Marset offers products that fail to meet basic durability expectations, while also being costly to maintain and lacking reliable after-sales support. I strongly advise against purchasing – for this price, you can find products of significantly better quality and with a far more honest approach to customer service.

Delivery times are outrageous - incomplete delivery - no support from customer service

Delivery times are outrageous, waiting for 4,5 months for 1 light fixture only to discover I did not receive the power supply that goes with it. It is a 1500 euro light fixture! In conclusion, I still cannot install the light fixture. I've contacted Marset directly to request help and they referred me back to the supplier. On my second e-mail send 4 weeks ago they have never responded. In conclusion, never buy a Marset if you don't want the stress of not receiving it and loosing your money. Don't expect any help either. If I could give a lower rating than 1 star I would. I cannot say anything about quality yet...

Marset Follow-me lamp fails to charge.

My Marset Follow-me lamp failed after being charged at most twice. Now it just won't accept the charge, so same as what the folks below say. I've tried different chargers, etc but nothing works. Shame, because I like it, and because it wasn't cheap! My husband emailed the manufacturer but nothing happened - no reply.

I have bought three Marset Follow Me…

I have bought three Marset Follow Me lamps due to loving the beautiful design and I especially like that it is portable. The last one I purchased was to replace one that stopped accepting a charge very similar to a previous review. My husband and I both have them either side of our bed and like that they are the same, however, now the most recent lamp I purchased also fails to take a charge so can longer be used as intended (the light does not stay on). If this could be repaired we would be very happy as would love to continue using them.

Love my lamp

Love my lamp, but it takes hours to charge it with The USB. Is that just the Way it works?

I purchased a Marset Follow Me lamp

I purchased a Marset Follow Me lamp, a very lovely rechargeable lamp, in 2020. Now 12 months later it has failed. It no longer accepts a charge and the light goes out after 1 second. Either the battery or another component of the lamp has failed. I wish I could have it repaired and want to follow up with Marset.
UPDATE: As a result of this review I was contacted by Marset and expertly assisted. My FollowMe lamp now works PERFECTLY! I am so pleased. Excellent customer service. Thank you Marset!

Marset lamps do not last long.
I bought 4 Marset Aura wall mounted lamps in Oct 2016. Here in 2019, one of he lamps stopped lightning which was quite surprising since it is an LED unit. A new LED unit costs DKK 1299, about 50% of the total lamp price. Will be quite expensive to maintain operations of these lamps in the long run.

Great service

I had a marset lamp which unfortunately had started to get miscolored due to sunlight. Although the guy from Marset i got in contact with thought it might be my own fault for using a wrong cleaning method, and my 2 year gurantee had expired, he sent me a large box of new parts to replace the failed ones - free of charge! REALLY GREAT SERVICE, i will happily buy another one of your products another time :)
